Pan Asia in Dundee City

Paid over £20 for an order, turned up to collect and the place is shut with no one answering the phone, can clearly see them walking about behind the curtain! Website clearly says its open and still taking money for orders but place is shut, shocking service!! (Would leave no stars but wouldn't let me)

Been waiting near enough two hours for my delivery

Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for a delivery in a Monday night, wrong order delivered so phoned back. Was told they had delivered what wasnt ordered so I asķed how long I would have to wait for correct order to be told "id appreciate you not talking to me like that", I didnt even speak in an angry manner but got spoken back to with attitude for asking a sensible question!!!! Not my fault you only have one driver on - shouldnt take more orders than what one driver can handle in my opinion. Wont be back and have just wasted 30 odd pound

We order the munchie box from here and its great! Though saying that, there have been a couple times where the food hasnt tasted as great as it usually does which is a shame 😕 but normally very good👍

wouldnt even give it 1 star, shocking service, food was freezing the time it had came. phoned 3x to be told its on way and they would chase the driver and finally arrived 55 mins late, asked for a refund for this and was told no! Curry was the worst ever had what i can only desribe as red oil being on the top of the curry, oinions semlt off and the rice was like rubber. girl on the phone said nothing she can do not even offer of a free meal or nothing. chow mein the chicken was like out iceland! disgusting service!!!!!!!!!

A++++ This place has went right UP-HILL had a few munchy boxes a good while bk and they where not good, thick lumpy sauce and soggy batter. NOW AMAZING! Crispy, hot, sauce is amazing nice and spicy! Don't know if it's new owners but had about 8 Muncy boxes the past few months and everyone is spot on! Best in Dundee.

never ever order from this takeaway. 3 hours it took for them to deliver food. no apologies, no phone calls saying sorry we are busy. had to chase them, phone them multiple times. I even asked for a refund, but didn't get any because I was happy to give up my order.

1st time order, I ordered on app and collected myself within 25 minutes, friendly staff , I ordered salt n pepper munchie box , it was amazing, one of if not the best munchie boxes I've had in Dundee, I'm always critical about chips as well and these were definitely the best chips I've had EVER

The food is alright. The women at the reception was a bit of an idiot. The first time we called she said it would take half an hour, then phoned a second time and she told us our order had left and then waited for an hour an ten minutes before phoning back up for her to tell us out meal was just ready! So all together it was not worth it definitely won't be waiting again and deifnitly won't be ordering!! Bloody joke. 8:25- 9:58 Was an absolute waste of time.

Ordered on just eat a couple of times with no problems. This time I got the email through saying the order was put through but 45 mins later got an email saying they had declined it but the payment seems to have been taken. Called them and got told rather rudely that the order never got to them. To be honest this is a total joke and won't be using them again!
