Pizza Hut in Dundee City

Nothing wrong with the place, perfectly standard Pizza Hut and get what you expect, but order was through an app, so felt impersonal, and as all staff had face masks on it felt like it had lost the feeling of a restaurant - it felt more like fast food.

The pizza from asda is much better and its costs 4.20. Also got handed a hot bottle of Fanta with my meal "deal"

An unexpected visit and the buffet wasn't available. To be fair, I wouldn't have had the buffet anyway so I can't mark it down for that. We had pizzas and salads. All very nice - great salad selection - and piping hot pizzas. I can't remember when I last visited a Pizza Hut but it was very enjoyable. Our server was very attentive and polite. I won't leave it so long next time.

Fantastic service, great food, didn't have to wait long for food. When pizza came out I had one Ingredient missing, I got to eat the pizza with the missing Ingredient, also got a free pizza due to this. I never even noticed missing Ingredient it was the waitress that pointed it out to me.

Against my advice, my wife asked me to order from pizza hut online. Everything was as normal, then it came to pay. The website they use for payment, Worldpay, rejected BOTH of our cards. In fact my card was temporarily blocked. We then phoned to see what was going on, and asked if it was possible to pay cash. No was the reply. Why? Covid. So. Let me get this straight The system you use, WON'T allow us to pay by card, and we cannot pay cash because of.. Covid. Given that again, presumably because of... Covid.. Pizza Hut won't deliver, (despite virtually every other single place in the UK delivering during... Covid... we would have to go to the Pizza Hut. Perhaps Pizza hut should change their name to Covid Hut. It seems to be their answer to every question. "Hello I have a question.." "Covid" "But I wanted to kno.." "Covid" "That's not what i a" "Covid." "Sigh. is that the only word you know? "No... Covid19"..

Nice meal, although anything with chicken was off the menu due to delivery problems. Seating was a little tight, perhaps if they removed one booth, it would allow a more comfortable experience. Ordered food through the app, so didn't really deal with the staff, but once the meal was finished, they were prompt at clearing the table

Really dreary experience. Place has gone downhill.Greatly reduced menu, massively inflated prices, staff didn't seem motivated at all. But I doubt it's their fault that they're working on what has become a 80's Eastern blok theme cafe.Save yourself the disappointment and make your own homemade cabbage soup.

Bit of plastic found in salad bowl... Garlic bread never arrived despite reminding staff twice. Kids at the table next to us belonged in a zoo as they trashed the table knocking over 2 drinks and a meal, while screaming the place down. Won't be in a rush to return,pizza hut union square Aberdeen is ten times better

The veggie Pepperphoni was delicious and looked as good as it tasted. The staff were helpful, service was fast and we ordered for take away. I recommend this (v+vegan), totally blown away at how yummy it is 5*

Fantastic service . My husband ordered a stuffed crust individual and cause they didn't have an individual stuffed we both got sharing pizzas at no extra cost this is fantastic customer service. Lady that served us was very nice to .
