Spudulike in Dundee City

Amazing but don't like the plates. They are cold which makes ur tattie cold quicker.

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's alright. Good and tasty but can be better, needing more customer care and a smile.

Their potatoes are well cooked, and they do a variety of toppings. A really simple but nutritious lunch place, though nothing particularly special. Considering what you get I feel their prices may be a little high, but that's just my own opinion

Much prefer spud u like now that they've dispensed with the plastic kids cutlery and polystyrene bowls . Visited today myself and my companion just went for good old cheese n beans . The potato was hot and skin relatively crispy , good amount of filling that was let down by the fact that the cheese was not cheddar but some kind of tasteless mozzarella type cheese. Good for melting but added zero flavour which spoiled an easy but usually tasty filling . Beverage wise i had a machine cappuccino which tasted like it came from a machine funnily enough and companion had a bottle of irnbru . The food was good enough for the money but another downside is that the tables are narrower than 2 plates together on a table which made for interesting balancing act .

Normally stop by here two or three time a month for a bite to eat while shopping in Dundee and would have rated it 3-5 stars but today must have been an off day, service was a wee bit slow despite in being almost empty so we orderd two spuds with chilli con carny and garlic bread when it arrived it did not look very appetising and when tasted it was so bad I couldn’t eat it so I scaped off the offending substance and ate the spud it was fine . Sorry but I think we will be checking out other eating establishments the next time we are up in town.

Don't see the point to be honest. £7.78 for a potato, tuna may mixed with sweetcorn and a drink. Can get that with a side salad for less elsewhere, won't be back

I love this place. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and tidy. I always have their chicken Caesar with pine nuts.

Always Good, efficient friendly staff, serving tasty food at a reasonable price, and healthy.

The food was INCREDIBLE. I am usually so harsh on restaurants and small pop-ins like this, but the quality of service, ambiance and prices far exceeded my expectations! Order the Rocket Parmesan Salad- you WON'T regret it. This is now in my top five dishes. Going to come back here more!

Absolutely terrible, staff were nice but the older manager was completely rude. Looked very agitated and angry. Came in with my one year old son and blanked refused to serve me in front of everyone. I was shocked didn't know what was going on. Will never come back!
