Subway in Dundee City

The young staff members were incredibly upbeat, charismatic and efficient. The sub also tasted great and it was all done super fast! Excellent service!

Friendly staff. More interested in making sandwiches for just eat rather than dealing with the customer I'm shop.

Last remaining subway in town centre, always get a good meal

Horrendous! Went here yesterday for lunch. A couple sat down at a table and the lady was clearly still intoxicated from the night before. Her partner marched across (without a mask) to get the bin from beside the till (staff stood and watched him) he put the bin in front of his girlfriend and she proceed to be violently sick into the bin whilst we were all subjected to this. The Manager wearing black was watching them for 10 minutes before she was even sick and had ample opportunity to ask them to leave the premises. We had to pay for our food and promptly left without being able to eat it as my son was then feeling sick watching this. We got outside to eat and they could not even get the order right we had x 1 cookie missing and they had given my Daughter spicy nachos that she could not eat. My partner had to go back and tell them and they refunded him for this, however, he didn't know about the cookie at that point. Will never go back to this subway in the Overgate Centre, Dundee. Will attach photos my partner snapped of 3 female staff without any hair nets. My partner witnessed a big black long hair drop into the person behind him's sandwich.....

It was a fine subway experience. I've always found that particular restaurant to be quite exposed though, with randomers oggling you on their way past.

Subway is normally a good place to go for a sub and drink. This branch did nothing to check that customers used the gel for your hands an also did not follow social distance rules. The food was ok but I don't think I will be back.

Used to like this store but today, myself and my daughter noticed as we stood in the queue, 2 staff, making sandwiches with face coverings under their chins!!!!! We promptly walked out and won’t be back!!!!!!!

The subway is really good and they have great customer service too. It's quite crowded during the evenings and you should wait in the queue for ordering your stuff. The food was tasty as usual. I was impressed by their superb service where they are always there to help you with anything and that was simply superb.

Floor signs for getting around to the counter, masked & gloves worn by staff and plastic screens for extra protection. Food is as good as any other subway.Only concern would be that that takeaway service and dining area are on top of each other, something to consider if dining in.

Yeah really good. Don't often have a Subway, so was surprised to see you could get just meatballs, I chose that and it was delicious. You get 4 meatballs which is plenty.
