Tahini in Dundee City

We had the tapas menu on our visit. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff were lovely. Restaurant was clean and tidy. There was a lot of tapas and we even took our deserts home. Could not fault this place at all and would highly recommend for a birthday or celebration meal or like us a cheeky date night!! 5 stars all round!!

First Lebanese food I’ve tried here in Dundee. Tried the dinner set which had 5 courses. With the amount of food given, I personally think 2 people would be able to share 1 set. There was indeed a great variety of food and they were all flavourful and delicious! With the starter , they had multiple condiments to go with it which were all distinct in flavour. The cold and warm tapas up next were all delectable. The mixed grill meat were well marinated and tender as well.

The food is delicious. All the dishes are yum! Such a rare find I Dundee. Thank you so much for the experience 😊💯

This old publishing house building has a nice Lebanese food restaurant in Dundee. The building is historic itself, but the ambiance is good.

Amazing food! So tasty and a bit different to anywhere else. Huge portions too, definitely try to go when hungry so you can make the most of it! Staff are friendly too and the decor is unique and makes you feel like you're abroad.

Had a lovely dining experience at Tahini. Always a fan of Lebanese food, the cold and hot mezze were diverse and delicious, but mostly vegs, I personally would prefer having more meat in the choice of mezze.The grilled chicken and lamb were juicy and tender. I was just a little disappointed about dessert, there were some fruits, dates and a couple of sweet pastries provided instead of proper dessert like cakes/pudding.

We got a 4 course meal deal which consisted of a cold mezze platter, 2 hot mezze platters and dessert. The cold mezze platter was really nice, you could tell the food was fresh and healthy. However with main platter we wasn't a fan of. We also got grilled chicken as part of the 4 course meal which was nice. The dessert was fruit, dates, turkish delights and chocolate, which was something different. Overall a nice cute cosy place with friendly staff.

Large portions of tasty Lebanese items in the reasonable value lunch menu. The Hummus Beiruti was as spicy as the menu warned, the falafel laffa had a nice crunch to it and the vegetable sharwama was fruity and filling. Didn't have room for dessert but were given some delicious baklava & Medjool dates.

Another carry out ordered delivered 15 mins early than stated. We enjoyed 6 cold and 6 hot mezzes and a mixed grill, bread and sauces. Hummas. tabouleh, spicy cherry tomatoes, red cabbage salad as cold meze, hot meze included fried halloumi. chicken rice, spicy potatoes, vegetables in a sauce, mixed grill chicken, lamb. spicy sausage. chops finished off with 2 pieces of Turkish delight and baklava. Food was so delicious and we had enough left for the next day too. We will order again and try to visit sometime soon. ;) :)

I’ve only been in Dundee for 3 weeks and I've been here three times. Lunch is a great value and very tasty. Had dinner tonight for the first time. It’s a set 4 course menu, and it’s absolutely fantastic! Will definitely take everyone who comes to visit here, it can’t be missed.
