The West House in Dundee City

Aww I love this wee place - food is always so lovely and the staff are great!

WOW....The food is extremely tasty, coffee is the best coffee i have had for a long time and all served with glasses of water ice an lemon!! Staff are lovely also!! Would definitely go back!!

Eggs Benedict with crispy Parma ham and black pudding was outstanding . Expect a wait as small kitchen and 1 lad cooking but worth the wait . And dog friendly

Great bar. Service was good and there was a choice of indoor and outdoor seating Freshly made cocktails are far nicer than the slushies in my opinion. Didn't have food but after seeing the reviews, I wish we had! Maybe next time.

I'll be honest, I came expecting a fab evening and a few drinks in the nice beer garden outside. Sadly my first drinks order of 2 drinks took 20+mins to arrive after I went to the bar to ask where it was. Fair enough, these things happen.I then ordered a sharing portion of BBQ wedges and another drink, the drinks came this time but the food was lost to the realms of men. When asked about it, it came 5 mins later. Undercooked wedges tasted like cardboard, sad looking hidden bacon and cheese stuck to a piece of paper it was served on. All for a whopping £7!!! I just don't see the value here. I had heard great things about the food inside but this was just not up to scratch.I appreciate that waiters deserve tips as one myself previously, but adding an optional service charge by default when it's predominantly drunk people outside using the app feels a little exploitive.I hope I've just had a poor experience but I can't see me being back at this rate.

Lovely place and food so delicious. Really nice staff too. Well worth a visit for great cocktails and pizza

Have been a few times love it, mostly for breakfast at moment, plenty choice food is fantastic and staff are very nice & friendly.
