Boardwalk in Falkirk

A very big place, but very well set out. Great service and lovely food. Everything looking clean and sparkling and obviously very popular as it was very full. Really enjoyed this venue. Place to sit and have just coffee and chat, sit outside if a good day or stay inside and enjoy the décor.

First time visiting Boardwalk for breakfast which is served until 11.30. Disabled parking was available near the main entrance and double doors made access easy. The restaurant is bright, airy and beautifully decorated, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very helpful in finding us a suitable table. We had a small fried breakfast and pancakes.Both were freshly made and delicious. A member of staff offered to put my pancakes under the hot lamp until I'd fed my husband - which has never happened to me in any other restaurant. Large mugs of excellent coffee accompanied our breakfasts. I would definitely recommend Boardwalk.

Quick service with our food, piping hot & well presented tasty lasagna, fries were excellent & proper garlic bread & steak burger with delicious blue cheese as an extra topping complemented the burger well. Beautiful interior, spacious tasteful decor & very airy feeling. Outside seated decking was a bonus on a sunny day like today. Topped off with wonderful sweets to finish off a really lovely first time visit. Great parking facilities too. Will be back

Happy to recommend The Boardwalk. We had a very enjoyable dinner for four. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The Restaurant  is warm and comfortable. The menu is large and varied. We had a three course meal and enjoyed them all. The service was quick and attentive. One of our party had allergies and they did a great job of looking after them and ensuring the kitchen was well informed. We will definitely be coming back.

I had my dad's funeral Wake (lunch) here. I'm so very grateful to the staff for attending to all of us with the greatest respect and kindness.We were placed in a beautiful area which was away from other diners, and had a gorgeous blossom tree centre of the room as well as a fire built into the wall. It could not have been a more perfect setting, dad would have LOVED this place!As the weather was still nippy being mid March,I opted for lunch for everyone as it wasnt a large party, I booked for 20 people. We were presented with a reduced menu, which made service more efficient, this did not disappoint us. The selection of meals were still from the main menu. Fresh produce cooked to perfection by experienced chef and his/her team. The waiting staff were so tentative and ran service so smoothly. None of our party had any complaints whatsoever and commented how this establishment did a fantastic job, as well as how beautiful the Boardwalk is!I would advise and recommend The Boardwalk to everyone, whether it's for a quick bite,formal lunch or dinner, special occasions or funerals. You will be treated so well by wonderfully experienced staff who will listen and care for you during your stay.I'm look forward to returning to The Boardwalk, on more happier circumstances next time though.

Stunning layout and the food is exceptional. We went for a birthday treat after an amazing experience on the Falkirk Whell. Highly recommend both.

Looks amazing inside, service was quick and friendly, food was good, is maybe a bit to expensive for what you get.

Wonderful place to visit. Food and service fantastic. So comfortable and beautifully decorated. Let's not forget the cocktails, well worth a try.
