Brain Freeze in Falkirk

Food took over 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived, the waffles and crepes were cold and ice cream was all melted.

Bubble waffle was okay, got bottle of juice too and one was out of date and flat :( bit expensive for it being out of date

They put Nutella on supposed to be nut free food. Second time they have done this now

Order took 2hrs to arrive. Couldn't get through on the phone to chase up order. When it finally arrived it was wrong, ordered bananas got strawberries, great when you have an allergy, order lemon Ice Blast and recieved orange slush of undetectable flavour, ordered a 2 scoop tub with Raspberry and lemon sorbet and got a sprinkling of lemon sobert. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! Currently isolating so can't get out for treats. Unable to contact shop.

Have ordered from Brain Freeze on JustEat twice over the past few months and both times the drivers got lost and we don’t live anywhere that’s difficult to find. The first time we ordered from here our “hot” desserts were over cooked, rock solid and freezing cold. Today we ordered a rather depressing pick n mix and 2 milkshakes with cream - of which one was burst and the other was watery. The one that had burst I had asked for caramel syrup but there was only the slightest drop in the cup.Photos from todays order.

Ordered via JustEat.Quite disappointed. I’ve walked past hundreds of times and though today would be the day to try it. I got 2 of the 3 scoop milkshakes, and they were watery? It arrived so very fast since they used a taxi service so it was perfectly cold, wasn’t melted at all, but it was thin? I don’t understand, it was like there was no ice cream in it at all. I got Parma Violet, Oreo, and Oreo again for my 3 flavours for my shake, and it just tasted of Parma violet with random cheap cookies in it? I also ordered sprinkles and Oreos as an extra, but they were put on the bottom? Who does that? Who the heck puts sprinkles on the bottom of a milkshake. These people obviously just don’t care. Not worth £13. More like £2 a shake. On top of it all I had to wait hours upon hours to write a review because ‘my order was with a courier’ or whatever for the rest of the evening!?

Ordered a crepe and a four scoop tub of ice cream, waited 1 hour 45mins and when it arrived my crepe was cold and tasted like cardboard, I asked for banana on it and thier was only a few slices on top, the tun was half full. Would not recommend and I will never order again

I placed a order tonight for 2 cookie doughs and ice cream once they arrived I was disgusted with what they looked like. £14 for it and if I'm honest you could do a better job yourself. I'd avoid on future as I won't be ordering again!!

Friendly service, helped with decision making for small and indecisive people. Great quality ice cream and taste is excellent compared with other ice cream stores with a similarly broad range of options.

Great wee place, they have a decent variety of desserts, ranging from ice cream to waffles to cookie dough and they've got an offer on almost every day which are usually great value for money. I'm a big fan of waffle Wednesdays where you can get 2 waffles with a scoop of ice cream for £5.Their milkshakes are great as well
