Called for a table at 9.20am told they were to busy and no effort to try and accommodate us, just got told they cant take us. Then went online and you can book for 10am. Really disappointed with this attitude and service.

Experience I would never like again. Minimal staff and slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for the kids deserts and ended up walking out with 2 upset children as it didn't turn up. The staff were stretched and our service suffered. Never again

Called in at 11.45 am. I hadn't booked but it was very empty, just two people. Told they were too busy never offered an alternative time. Very poor. Will never go back.It was yesterday. Just me and my husband. We asked if you were open for food. We were asked if we had reserved a table. When we said no. The female told us "we are too busy'. There was only a lady and a child in at the time. We got the impression the female just couldn't be bothered. There was no confusion... honestly.

Children’s play area was a little dated, but the wee one enjoyed it, food was ok and priced well, good for a quick meal when your out and about

Three Stars and that is for the kids. Food is overpriced ping meals. For the kids it has a great soft play. Will review this again when the carvery is back on. Staff are helpful and make you feel very welcome.

Won't be back , stood forever at the carvery for meat to be carved only had gammon or turkey all roast veg was burnt looked like it had been sitting out for hours , toilets were disgusting wouldn't even flush needed a good clean, carpet threadbare.Staff were pleasant enough but looked run of there feet , also don't like that you have to pay for your meal before you get it

Stayed in the Premier Inn next door, when in here around 9:30 pm was told there was no chance of getting anything to eat. As it was a beautiful evening we then asked if we could sit in the garden with our drinks. We were point blankly refused and the reason given was the staff had enough to do besides tending the garden as well. if they opened the doors for us then other folk want to sit outside. She then said to be honest guys it's been a long day and the staff just wanted to finish up and go home! It's a really big shame as we loved the location of the Premier Inn and before all this were planning to come back for a few nights at Christmas but with this place being soo awful that definitely won't be happening.

Came here after a walk at The pineapple and Dunmore house. There are some vegan options which were very nice, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would go again
