Cafe Nero in Falkirk

Since Stevie left this place has went down hill. Some staff are very arrogant and have no manners. Decided I won't be going back into the falkirk branch!!! This is coming from a regular customer. Cake display needs a good clean. Housekeeping is well below par.

Forget Costa and Starbucks, the coffee here is way better

Love going to Caffe Nero Falkirk...the nicest coffee in my opinion...I always have my wee Cocker spaniel and they are dog friendly...always offer a bowl of water for her and a wee bit attention.

Lovely staff. Great sweet treats. Downside was customers coming in without masks. Not their problem as sineage was adequate but felt bit compromised. Staff made no reference to mask wearing.

Decaf tea, almond milk, pain au raisin, and a dry, warm place to shelter from the snow: £4.00. Can't argue with that!
