Chilli Cottage in Falkirk

This place has made me ill 3 times in a row now. I have stomach issues so decided to write off the first 2 times as just my stomach being sensitive, but after ordering a safe option tonight that I'm always fine with elsewhere, I've been extremely ill. Some of the worst stomach pains I've experienced, have spent a long time on the toilet and nothing seems to be improving. Would definitely avoid.*EDIT: still very ill next day.

After using chilli cottage for a number of years I can certainly say I will not be back.We ordered various dishes for four people and seemed ok while eating, unfortunately that night all four of us we severely ill with sickness etc and this lasted for two days.Extremely horrendous experience I do not want to go through again.

Currys are brilliant! Quickly becoming a Sunday night tradition for us.

Complained before about quality Gave them another chance food delivery very slow and quality very poor won't use them again

OK if you pick up but apart from that they need to get rid of the arrogant woman who works in the shop answering the phones (or doesn't) just sits there watching it ring, ive seen this being in the shop , when she does answer she is no use either , delivery time was estimated between 2005 and 2020 tonight and an hour late it still isn't here , when you phone the shop to ask where it is , they don't answer the phone either , i don't know how they can continue to have returning customers for much longer because its run very poorly, the food turned up stone cold at 2130 as my partner had to drive down to the shop to see where the food was as well and they never answered their phone because 'they were taking no more orders' the phone is there to be answered for customers seeing where their food is as well , won't be back again , can't see them lasting much longer to he honest , proper dysfunctional place.

Over 2 hours for delivery and waiting.Phone always off the hook when trying to contact. Charged card and still sitting here waitin.yawn. wouldn't recommend zzz

Ideal for dinners when Im not wanting to cook, never had a bad meal from here, I will use again in the future & would happily recommend to friends

Have had carry out tonight and last weekend. Both times meals were great. All credit to all staff in these difficult times. Thank you from some grateful customers

Food is lovely, but delivery times can be slow. We generally go to collect if we are ordering
