Chilli Hot in Falkirk

We've never had a bad meal from Hot Kebabs however we ordered food on Sunday night and we were very disappointed. I'm not sure if they've changed hands or something has changed as it certainly wasn't up to the usual standard. We won't be back...

Always order the same thing here, mixed hoggie with green chillies. Portion size has gone down in recent months and the chicken in my latest order really wasn't great. The hoggie was mostly chips and salad to be fair. Service always friendly if a little cheeky. Great pizzas too!

Would not recommend this place at all. Ordered food around 5pm and was supposed to be delivered around 6:20 - 6:50pm. Didn't get it until quarter to 8 at night. Food arrived and was cold, and found mold on cheese when I got my food. Definitely not worth the wait. Not coming back to this place again.

The whole fam enjoy the food here.. The chips, cheese n spicy chicken are sumthin else must try. Good portion sizes, nice staff

This takeaway is not worth any stars at all. When placing the order I was given a delivery time for an hour after ordering, 6.20pm. At 6.50pm I phoned the shop to be told they were very busy and the rain was causing problems. I was assured our food would be with us in ten minutes. Half an hour later I phoned again and complained that our delivery was now an hour late. I was given the same excuse. They really couldn’t care less. At 7.35pm we finally got our food. Lukewarm and really not worth the wait. I would not recommend this takeaway even if it was the last one open. No customer service at all.

Absolutely shocking service food turned up missing when I called up he acted as if I was lying, he told me he would send another burger but he was to busy to send out now so all my side orders would of been cold by this time so I asked if the food was going to take a while please can you replace the side order. They said no, so I asked for my money back as I didn’t receive the food I ordered and then he said I have to give back all the food to receive my money back Even though I hadn’t received the full order to give back. Shocking service I have used this shop multiple times but I won’t anymore that’s is for sure.

Worst customer service in falkirk rude staff. 5 orders in last 2 months this is the 4th to be wrong order . After giving many chances after getting wrong orders as usually resolve quickly if through just eat etc ordered through their own app this time and its "my problem" i now have food i cant eat total waste of money laughed at and shouted at down phone . Told to phone tomorrow not sure what use thats meant to be tonight. Wouldnt bother prdering from here as plenty other places do same food with better staff and better customer service

Best Kebab shop I've been to. Always go here at the end of our nights out. Staff are always friendly. As I'm not from the area and I'm not through alot, I was really surprised they still remember me and my order. Outstanding service and food. Highly recommend to everyone
