Colorado Chip Shop in Falkirk

Always fresh and made to order, staff always friendly. My gripe is that I feel the chips are always under done. Last few times I've been in I've had to bin most of them as the are too hard to eat, and not cooked through. Recently gone veggie, so the chips are all I eat. Hate leaving a negative review but keep going back thinking its one off and it's just not. Also the brown sauce is always too watered down 😕

Used this place for the first time in a while. Totally disgusting,Everything was just drowning in grease. What a waste of money.Will never be back in here 🤮🤮🤮

(update) The owner Geoff, a family friend to my parents personal showed up to apologize and inform us that the staff member was spoken to and due to her response/reaction to these actuations was fired. He felt personally responsible and couldn't have been more sorry that some one who represented his business would act in such a way.Never had a bad experience untill today. Their food quality and delivery time have been good but that doesn't count when the delivery staff or what ever they are is a mother and young daughter who find it fun to mock the customer after the door is closed. Laughing and joking calling them a man because their tall and don't have the highest pitched voice. Theirs rude People out there sure, but horrible customer service is another thing entirely, expecially to this degree. I live in a block of flats where I and everybody else who lives here could clearly hear them. This is a mother who's teaching their daughter very bad lessons in work experience, customers services, and life in general.

My favourite chippy food is amazing and the picture is outdated ,they've had a massive upgrade to menu as well as the actual shop. I highly recommend you try it out because I guarantee you won't regret it
