UPDATED (Lost a star)Still a nice Costa and friendly staff - dogs only allowed outside now, vegan range is still getting there, (better than competitors), happy to take reusable cups. The new milk Costa is being made to use is killing the experience - not that I can go in anymore if i have the dogs. But the new Soya milk changes the taste of the coffee completely. I did hear that they're re-jigging their own brand Soya milk to taste better so I'll try again in the future.

This place is becoming a dump, Toilets are disgusting never any soap, service getting worse tables filthy, rude cheeky staff, forget your order then because they don't clear tables, have a go at me for sitting at one with someone else's tray. Find some manners and gut the place. Coffee Pots get a grip of this place.

Went this morning with my daughter for breakfast coffee and toasties was great as usual, staff were nice and good at their jobs, thanks again 👍

·

Great staff and coffee but shame about changing the soya milk :-( now makes the coffee taste too sweet. Will be switching back to Nero's

This Costa in Falkirk is our favourite one! Staff well trained and helpful, coffee always nice and hot and just as expected. Plenty choice of cakes, toasties, biscuits etc. I use the loos in this store and as I'm disabled, it means a lot that they are always spotless. It's evident the staff here act as a team and I would recommend visiting this Costa to anyone.

Quick service, friendly staff, tables clean, not too busy and hot chocolate and salted caramel brownie were very tasty!

Christmas menu is back but no spiced apple tea this year.Always busy so must be good. Prefer the hot drinks here to the warm drinks Kirk Wynd branch serve.

Popped in with a colleague. Got a standard "Meal Deal" sannie and a bottle of coke (like identical to the £3 ones in Tesco, Asda, etc) Cost £6.40.Absolute rip off. Any one of the dozens of cafes with a 2m walk could do better for about £4. Not rushing back in there any time soon. 😂🙈

No student discounts at all, cups filled too much and spilled everywhere. Staff helpful though. Staff great, Costa needs to revise it's prices

The worst sit in coffee experience ever. Arrogant Staff (especially during Covid) who have suddenly become experts in upholding the law. Eh, did I come here for an overpriced coffee, or a covid debate by an uneducated seventeen year old? Best avoided. There are two ‘local’ cafes over the road where the staff are very welcoming and pleasant.
