Dominos pizza falkirk in Falkirk

Always good food and lovely staff.

Took over an hour to receive my order, driver said he couldn’t find my house although he was standing in my path, food was cold,Thought the whole idea of getting a delivery was that you don’t cook,Lassie on the phone said they were short of drivers, not my problem ,Will never use dominoes again

Tried to call to pre order moments ago....was told I can't do a pre order?! Then how come I just managed to do it online?

Like the discount and store pickup... only a few Veggie options... It's all right...👍

Tried to order a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza tonight and because of covid I can't. what a load of utter rubbish! probably will never use dominos falkirk ever again!

Just picked up a chicken and onion pizza. Usually the standard is great from here but tonight the pizza is poorly cooked cheese and dough along with onions undercooked. The chicken strips as sides and the wedges were done well. I'll put it down to maybe being busy tonight or something as usually the standard is better than this.

I appreciate the service is still available during lockdown and shouldn’t be taken for granted. Great deals. But used it several times and the pizzas are always overcooked. They should really be up to the same standard as other Dominos.

Ordered online and collected in store. Was helpful getting text messages saying order was being prepared and would be ready in 10 minutes, which it was. Pizza was good but didn't like the hot sauce on the chicken wings side order.

Very upset , payed £21 for pizza (I was surprised they were even open during lockdown) but it went through so far I've waited over an hour and half the little machine guy (that tells you what's happening with your food) said it's been out for delivery for an hour. When we first ordered it said the estimate time was 20mins. Really not happy and now it says it's been delivered! Taken the money and now they won't answer the phone when we call. I get that there's alot going on in the world rn but if they couldn't do it I would like them to say so rather than radio silence. And I'm still hungry

Never had an issue with food quality, but delivery drivers normally make me go out to their car to pick up the pizza, the last two instances the driver was parked outside, couldn't find the flat so left. Called up had to wait ten minutes to find out where it was, driver showed up ten minutes later making the overall time the pizza was out of the store 30 minutes. Called to complain about how cold it was, was given £10 credit for next order, called for order and there is no record of the discount on system. Better off ordering from tasty grill
