Dunelm in Falkirk

My family have been visiting here now for over 3 years. One waitress in particular has remembered us every time we go back. Even after a 2 year break because of covid.The food is always to a high standard and service quick. The prices don't reflect value for money on the food side.And if you are ordering a pizza from the kids big eater menu. 1 pizza will feed 2 x under 7s. They are massive.I wish them all the best on the upcoming refurbishment beginning Saturday for 2 weeks and I will see you soon to have a look at the new look restaurant.

Reasonable Italian fare 2. Courses for 13 quid. What really impressed was the waiter one John Paul JP for short. Lively funny and very pleasant to chat with. He made a quite Monday night into a joy. Cheers To JP

Food was nice, although with the new kcal count on the menu they were a bit high. Staff amazing. Still dark as night in there.

This was a lovely family evening. Food was great, the drinks and cocktails are perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff all-round from table to bar to kitchen. Brilliant burgers especially customized and martinis to die for. Warm welcoming smiles and lovely relaxed atmosphere that we have come to expect from Frankie and Benny's. Thank you Falkirk.

Just had a lovely lunch with my wife here I don't think we have ever eaten anywhere , where the Staff are so polite. I missed the girls name who seated us and took drinks order, but John Paul was outstanding true asset to this company

What has happened to Frankie and Bennys in Falkirk??? Went yesterday for lunch - food was really poor. Had the Cajun wrap - which I have often here - it was bad - just lettuce with a few lumps of chicken no cheese no coleslaw. Whole place has went totally downhill - drinks not in stock - chicken burger wasn’t nice either. The only positive was waitress very good. I’m a regular at F and B but I won’t be back!

Had two course meal. Brisket wrap with chips and chocolate cookie with ice cream dessert. Tasted good, large serving, and very reasonable price.

We have not long just had a takeaway here for dinner delivered and it was really good. Food was still piping hot, fresh and really nice. First time trying here and will definitely be back. My daughter was slightly disappointed as her onion rings were missing from our order but we have got a refund for that. 😃

Been a few times, food is nothing fancy, but it's good, familiar and well priced.Plenty options for fussy eaters and even a few decent vegan options.Well spaced out so even with covid restrictions it's still roomy.Servers are quick and go the extra mile which is appreciated.Music is a bit dated mind...
