Frankie & Benny's in Falkirk

What has happened to Frankie and Bennys in Falkirk??? Went yesterday for lunch - food was really poor. Had the Cajun wrap - which I have often here - it was bad - just lettuce with a few lumps of chicken no cheese no coleslaw. Whole place has went totally downhill - drinks not in stock - chicken burger wasn’t nice either. The only positive was waitress very good. I’m a regular at F and B but I won’t be back!

We have not long just had a takeaway here for dinner delivered and it was really good. Food was still piping hot, fresh and really nice. First time trying here and will definitely be back. My daughter was slightly disappointed as her onion rings were missing from our order but we have got a refund for that. 😃

Chairs covered in salt. Hadn't been cleaned. Menus covered in dried in cheese sauce. Chips arrived with different sauces smeared into the side of the bowl. Only stayed as it was kids pizzas we were in for

Been in a few times and the service is always very good. Wee bit disappointed the lunch menu wasn't available on a Sunday but other than that can't find any faults. Definitely be back.

Amazing breakfast menu. My kids had pancakes: one with bananas and chocolate, the other with strawberries and yogurt. I had breakfast stacker which was an over filled roll of breakfast items and my wife had avacado and bacon. Plenty of choice for everyone.Plenty of parking and friendly staff. They have everything in place for customers to stay safe during the pandemic. Really happy with the service.

Pre-booked in case of restrictions. Service was prompt and very efficient. Our server was a cheery individual who did everything to make this a pleasant visit. The food was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back, soon. All H & S precautions regarding covid are in place and implemented for customers safety.

Recently visited twice in November 21. I had been to this restaurant a few times previously a few years prior, the service wasn't great and this had always been my main issue with F&B. I'm pleased to say that the service both times recently have been excellent along with the food. On both occasions the restaurant were quieter.

Been a few times, food is nothing fancy, but it's good, familiar and well priced.Plenty options for fussy eaters and even a few decent vegan options.Well spaced out so even with covid restrictions it's still roomy.Servers are quick and go the extra mile which is appreciated.Music is a bit dated mind...

Great staff. Excellent food. Great prices with 'Taste' card. Meat burger (I'm told) a little greasy, but tasty. Vegan options at each course, mostly excellent (mozz substitute paste not nice on garlic bread). Chocomisu dessert excellent...

Frankie and Benny's has always had great quality food with good quantities and alongside that it costs you an arm and a leg unless you use the deals.Speaking of Deals the chain is one of the most accepting of Taste Card.Staff are lovely and as always are nice to speak to, the restaurant is clean, has comfy diner chairs and ticks all the boxes for atmosphere and presentation.Overall It's a fantastic place for the family with a great amount of variety and choice.
