Curry i got was lovely and just what I asked for. I wanted a mild curry but not a korma. They obliged with no problem.

Had a chicken korma today and it was the nicest korma I have had and the chicken pakora was amazing. By far the freshest and nicest Indian about and I couldn't recommend it enough!! Thank you to the chef for making curries at lunch.

Not bad food got a donner hoggie and pizza pizza was cold and £5 Delivery charge to camelon less than 1 mile away thay need to to at delivery charges as it is only camelon it is going to not bo,ness

Ordered 2 large bbq chicken kebabs expecting them to come in naan breads and got 2 small chicken tikka kebabs in half a pitta each!!! When we phoned to complain we were abruptly told "bbq chicken is chicken tikka but different"??? When we said about the pittas we were told "the menu has changed now and its only kingsize that comes in a naan" I suggest you fix this for future customers so they actually get what they order! Not that we will be ordering anything else from yous!!! Your staff need trained up on their telephone manner as the person we spoke to last night was nothing short of rude!!! Very unprofessional indeed.

Food arrived over 2 hours late, phoned up and was told it's just leaving but arrived half an hour later when it's only 4 minutes away. When it did get here, the food was cold, half of the order was missing, and the order was all wrong. Would not recommend.

This is number 1 take away in Falkirk they meet your every requirement.The staff is top notch and listen to your every word and try meet requirements with in reason. Id you have not tried this place yet please try it it’s well worth it. I have eaten in mostly places and have been told 1 hr and it’s took two hours plus this company is true to its word with delivery time. Everyone try Indian cottage it’s the best customer service I have ever had. Been ordering from here since before I can remember. We have had a couple of issues over the years (it is to be expected for the hundreds of meals that we have had as a family) but they have always dealt with any problems promptly and professionally. Excellent service as well as food. Fully recommended. WILL NOT GO TO ANYONE EVER
