Shocking customer service today, was asked to join another queue to get a scone and duly did so only for other people to walk round to the same side I was just on to be served in front of me, thus taking the thing I had requested, leaving none. Service was slow, I appreciate its busy and then waiting just to be cut in front of, prolonging the wait meant we had to pay for our food and leave with it in a box as our boat ride was due. Can't say I'm planning a return trip

Never seen the place so quiet. Had a delicious fruit scone and a latte 😃👍

·

Fantastic food in fact the soup and sandwich deal is spectacular, all the staff are so helpful.

·

What a brilliant day out, my wife and I visited the Wheel in September and we had such a lovely time there. We probably spent about 3 hours but for the younger members of the community you would do much more. Highly recommend it

It's ok

·

Good food with a fab view.

·

Waited for ages in plain site with one person in front to pay £6.50 for coffee, Burnt Bacon and brick hard black pudding roll....Thats my last visit to the Falkirk wheel cafe.

·

Nicely set up and allowing limited seating now with good views of the boat lifting operations of the wheel. Soup and sandwiches not worth the price however which was a shame but staff were helpful and nice with good precautions in place for a small menu presently on offer.

·

Great little cafe with amazing views of the Falkirk wheel

Great Scottish fried breakfast, with square sausage & Haggis, lovely filtered coffee too. Thanks for making us feel welcome, see you next time.
