KFC in Falkirk

Absolutely disgusting service, missed most of our order then told us to call just eat which is £6 a minute. Wanted us to reorder and pay again without any refund being offered. Won't be ordering from them again. Disgusting way to treat customers and where quick enough to blame someone else!

Ordered meal through just eat. App said delivered but no food arrived. Contacted KFC but they weren't interested said to phone just eat but no numbers for just eat. So no food no help and money spent on nothing thank you KFC FOR NOTHING

Good clean store and not had anything bad to eat yet......... But everytime I have ordered food I have had wrong item or missing something that's why 3 stars folks. Always check orders from here as staff it's uncontrolled chaos.

Helpful, friendly service. Food properly cooked, clean tables, very little waiting. A pleasant experience

Had lunch here,that evening I had food poisoning,omg it was awful, was in bed for two days, contacted KFC and got passed from pillar to post,it took about 6 weeks for them to come back to me with an offer of a £15 voucher, saying no one else contacted them feeling I'll, unbelievable, they can stick there voucher where the sun doesn't shine.

Made an order through just eat , said it was delivered, when it wasn't, phoned the falkirk branch and the girl said not our prob solem it's a just eat problem , it is there problem , iam out of pocket £20 and they will get there share of that money ,

We went about 6.30. Very clean, well staffed and really quick. We enjoyed the food very much even after taking it home.

Small popcorn chicken miniature size it should be was less than impressed with this and some of our order was missing quality not that great first and last visit

We to KFC Monday night, they had very little to offer, no stock, was getting large meals , with large chips and drink , was told I would only get medium drink but still be charging for a large drink, when confronted about this , the boy at the order window said he was told to do that by the manager , He didn't think that was wrong🤦‍♂️ . poorly managed place , that's why the 1 star

Can't comment on inside as we drove through (Drive-In😬).The three members of staff were extremely nice and helpful.Very apologetic that everything wasn't ready at the same time even though it was only a minute before it was brought out to the car.Kids loved their popcorn chicken and fries. The new chilli bites were okay- battered chicken in sweet syrupy sauce, £1.99 for 4 small pieces.Again, staff were lovely.
