its now 2022 and M&S is so behind the curve when it comes to catering for Vegans and other dietary choices .you have to scour the shop to find the few Vegan products scattered far and wide and supremely hard to find .The baked section has allergy labels that are incredibly small and hard to read .Vegan and vegetarian is almost the same symbol, the mind boggles at how some genius come up with all this .please make a large section for Vegan only, try and put some effort in . perhaps the same effort you have put into the dairy cake section !!!please label allergens more clearly .come on M&S, pull your socks up !!!

Always well run and has felt safe during the pandemic despite being small. And now, with the expansion next door, it's huge! Well done to all the staff for all their work and helpfulness.

Congratulations Mark's and Spencer's on the recent upgrade. This is now a store others now have to aspire to, lots of choice of goods lots of space between aisles.I love shopping here now, only criticism is not enough checkout operators.

Always receive exceptional customer service at this store. Nothing is too much trouble. Good cafe and well stocked store. Even the queue is no problem as it moves quickly and the staff on the door are always cheery and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Reasonable sized store, but I wouldn't resort to it for a weekly shop.We went during the festive period to pick up our oederbwhifh was a very quick, easy and organised process. You can tell they have had to reduce the amount of carried stock such as everyday meats to make shelf space for festive foods.

With the lock down and limited people allowed in its bareable. Otherwise its chock full of whatever the Scottish versions of Karen's are with their carts full of overpriced single people meals bumping into you and blocking the shelves. The food is pretty decent though, checkout fast, and there is good parking.

How to treat your customers?I am so tired of every time you go into this shop on how rude the staff are. I understand they need to fill the shelves but do they need to block the aisles, leave stock over the floor and generally make the customer feel unwelcome. I work in a retail supermarket myself and we are taught the customer is the most important thing, drop the box and actually engage with the customer. They need some severe staff training in this shop on how to serve the people who are paying their wages.

Just back from M&S food hall in the retail park in Falkirk. As a regular I am very impressed with the virus prevention measures being taken which are a credit to the management and staff. The shelves were well stocked and the staff, who I'm sure have their own worries about being affected, certainly didn't show it. Whilst not wishing to single anyone out I have to say a huge thanks to John (the Q Master) who not only kept us all informed and on the move but spread his usual cheer whilst doing so. A true gent. Well done all.
