McDonald's in Falkirk

At the drive through our drink was given to the car in front before it has been passed back out to the window. We asked for a fresh soft drink but the lady who served us refused to change it. I thought it was unhygienic especially with covid going around.

I sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes to eventually get to the window to order and be told they’re not taking orders. I sat burning fuel which is at a ridiculous price as it is to then have to drive and burn more fuel to get to the next available restaurant. Staff could have made us aware before sitting 23 mins burning expensive fuel. I have been on the go since 3am this morning to have wasted pointless time in the drive thru then to have to add to my journey by going to another restaurant to wait in another queue has added an extra 40 minutes on to my night plus the wasted fuel.

Despite the drive through being extremely busy, the staff were great. The young lady who took the order was courteous and efficient. The guy who was taking payment was very cheerful and friendly.

Prepared and wrapped my food around 15 minutes before the uber eats driver could pick it up. It then had a 10 minute journey to my home meaning the hot items were cold and the cold items had started to melt. Poor quality of service and lack of care and attention. Earls gate is far superior.

Went before work and made to stand outside as not enough tables even though it was a takeaway i was wanting, very small order and many places infront of other customers orders, still made to wait for ages while other had their bigger orders handed out before my order, this is a common theme in this restraunt, just eat get more attention that the people willing to go into store. When I got my order the food was lukewarm, I was starving hence the visit before work and still ate my lukewarm food. Wish I had not bothered as been violently ill ever since, lost 2 days of work through the most explosive diarrhoea ever in my life. Not sure who to complain to but my experience I hope nobody has to go through so leaving my review as a warning, not sure anyone in the store has their health and hygiene qualifications or this would not have happened, will not visit again, coke also generally tastes of Fanta which is probably a sign of the lack of cleaning standards on site. Won't be back here again!

Everytime I order they are missing items of my delivery, today they didn't bring my main item which was my quarter pounder. Last time they forgot the wrap, they never include the sauces that you order. I order pancakes and syrup and they come with no syrup - who wants dry pancakes. Maybe hire some more experienced staff who can actually read orders & pack the correct items (it's not rocket science).

The staff are amazing, friendly and very welcoming.. They're quick at resolving any problems which rarely occur.. This McDonald's is one of the best

Had to wait 20 minutes after ordering on McDonald's app. Lids on the juices were loose leaked in my car. Staff were not very helpful. They left the order on one table and shouted no 37 Your order is ready and left. Paid for a bag but didn't receive one.

Ordered big mac but added on tomatoes, bacon, extra gherkins and extra cheese but it came normal and was cold. However, in their defence, they were really nice when I took the burger back to ask for what I had ordered, they got a fresh one made up straight away and were apologetic. Food is sometimes a bit iffy at this McDonald's though and it's often cold.

Hi, yesterday took meal there, everything was like always but food package was dirty.... Mmmm so it's looks like they don't care about, customers and reviews.There is couple things to work on here and than everything should be good.
