Breakfast was good reduced price deal. Don't collect your hot drink before the meal arrives. 15 minutes wait and it was very quiet. Good value.

Alleged full Scottish breakfast no haggis or black pudding included in fact black pudding was extra , lukewarm food never going again

VERY VERY SLOW ... the food is tasty and it is reasonably priced but dont go there if you are in a hurry... we waited over half an hour and to be honest we were not the only ones, people all around us where getting quite annoyed at the length of time they had to wait for a hot meal. If your in no rush to go anywhere....by all means pop in for something to eat food is good....just slow.

Tables were dirty, food under cooked. Surprised no one gets food poisoning. My egg had runny white bit. Put me off my food.N very good customer service. Getting orders wrong.

Decided to do self service and the order wasnt what we ordered. When we got the order one meal was missing and the one that came items were missing from it.The meal that eventually came the sausage was curled up dried around the edges and raw in the centre and the same dried up sausage was served up on.a side plate as it was missing. When i went to get cutlery felt sick when i saw some still had food stuck to it. Cant complain about the staff they were only too happy to help.

Just in cafe just now and 2 tables of people have walked out because they have waited as long on their food, not the servers fault as they are doing all they can, maybe time to put more staff on to cook. 25 minutes since we ordered and still waiting

Always good quality and good value food in Morrisons cafes and at the moment they are doing a Christmas lunch offer. They are also doing afternoon tea platter for one for about £2.75. Its always very popular.

Very good value and order delivered quickly - Turkey roll. However menu promised a slice of stuffing but I didn't get any. Sure the staff would have rectified but I was very short of time so let it go.

Still waiting for my breakfast after 40mins. Not at all happy. Its almost lunch time.Breakfast came after 45 mins and was cold with a hunk of eggshell, so i had no choice but to speak to the manager. She was so nice and gave us a refund with a slip 4 a free meal next time. Ina was so understanding and so was the cashier. Sunday 24th march. 11amOne week later - huge improvement, hot food , 10 mins waiting time and no egg shell. Great job Ina, staff look more relaxed .
