25% increase in prices over the last 6 months.STAY AWAY!£7.50 DISH in 2019 NOW COSTS NEARLY £10!They blame it on Brexit but this is nonsence and just profiteering. A shocking example from a long established Falkirk vendor disregarding the good custom of the people of Falkirk.Shame on you!

Starter delicious but main course disappointing as very greasy.

Not every dish is good. Some like the char siu fried rice or the deep fried won ton (without the sauce) or the chrispy fried beef is good. Others dishes like the spicy fried chicken (too much flour coating on the chicken), the egg fried rice(side dish) has hardly any egg in it or the wonton(without the noodles) soup is extremely salty. Its a shame that the prices don't match the food in taste. The chef(s) don't really put much though or consideration on actually making the food tasty without adding too much salt or soy sauce as these condiments in excessive is really bad for your health. The customer service by my experience is lovely.

Never have an issue with New Diamond. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, even when they're under pressure. The wait for home delivery is usually pretty reasonable and food comes hot, have seen it can get quite busy at the weekend so shows how popular it is.

We ordered food from here last night as our regular Chinese was closed.Very disappointed!King prawn fried rice, contained no veg what so ever. Have to say the prawns were big.Chicken & mushroom curry was ok, curry sauce was the best thing out of the whole meal.Salt & chilli chips were shocking, floppy and lacked seasoning so really just floppy brown chips.Salt & chilli chicken was ok, small nuggets of chicken which also lacked flavour & seasoning. Free spring rolls were a nice touch, however they were cold and soggy.£30 meal, wished I’d just made beans on toast!Won’t return here for food.

Food was nice... But the wait for our food would put me off from ordering from here again.. Ordered online to be told was a hr wait.. Arrived at time was stated in my email for our order not to even be cooked.. Normally wouldn't have a problem with a bit of a wait but stood for over 30mins with back pain isn't ideal & I wasn't the only customer who stood for over that length of time.

New to Falkirk, we only moved in last night and desperately in need of a tasty hot meal, we rang the New Diamond. The lady who took our order was lovely. The friendly and charming delivery man brought our super hot food very quickly. We thoroughly enjoy both our meals. The beef sambal was, tremendous!! Generous portions, great prices and perfectly prepared. What a lucky find!!

Second time using new diamond in the last couple of months due to preferred Chinese being shut, first time a couple of months ago order was alright minus the uncooked chips, we let this go as these things can happen. However tonight 20/7/19 we placed an order and in the order we had salt & chilli chicken no veg priced at £5.90 which wasn’t an issue until we opened the “meal” up and had around 8 small pieces of chicken some looking like left overs from a previous night and very scrappy, chips this time were cooked but of poor quality. When we phoned to complain the women said she would pass it onto her manager as I wasn’t prepared at the time to go back for a replacement dish due to the wait time I had already endured upwards of 25 mins, my partner called back and requested a refund and was told to put the full meal back in the box and a driver would come back with our money , the meal was already plated up so we were told then to just place the s&c chicken back in the box I order to have a refund, after the day light robbery for this chicken you would expect the least they could do would be to offer a refund and to keep the meal.Picture proof was offered but refused.

Update 29/4/19 I now use this place as my regular for Chinese meals. Always great food and unlike some places that say 30 minutes with no sign after an hour, here they will tell you. Like tonight hour and a half I was told. Well worth the wait
