Orchard Hotel Restaurant in Falkirk

Beautiful meal and what can I say about Mr David Aird....he's fabulous ❤️

This was my first visit to this hotel,It's above a busy bar & restaurant but you don't hear anything,you hear a lot more from the busy road outside and the whole room shakes when the big lorries and bus traffic passes by.I was working nights in the area and stayed here,I couldn't really sleep during the day with it.The place is nice,rooms were bright,clean and tidy as was the bathroom.The housekeeper obviously didn't get told we were working nightshifts,still continued with the hoovering and shouting outside the door,even knocked on the door to see if we required room cleaned apart from this then it's a decent place.Its situated in the town centre and very close to shops,bars,takeaways and supermarkets etc.There is also a nice little beer garden out the back

We were in on a Friday night. Had table service all night. They always came at the perfect time to ask if we wanted more drinks. Will definitely be back.

Thanks for bring to my attention my 2 year old review. (Changed from 5 stars to 2)Food is good but overpriced and small portions.The orchard does not pay staff wages due which I gather is a well known fact

Haven't stayed as am local but can comment on the food......."Excellent" and staff cannot do enough.

We stayed here 17 days for COP26 meeting. Glasgow was booked up, but we were lucky to find Orchard Hotel. The location is great with quick transport to Glasgow and Edinburgh. It is 3.5 stars with respect to room and bed, but 5 star service, staff, food, and management. The restaurant was excellent. Laundry service was much appreciated. Zoe made the last minute scramble to Scotland a lot less stressful. Bartenders were very personable. Service is their priority #1. Had fun trivia nights and good live music.If you are looking for a Sofitel, this is not the place. If you want to meet people and have good food and location and receive 5star service, then the Orchard Hotel is awesome.

The Orchard always has a good atmosphere and makes it a very pleasant place to go for food and drinks. Not many pubs I'd go to in Falkirk but the Orchard is always on my go to list whenever I'm up the town. Food is excellent and good selection of drinks, staff always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend anyone coming to Falkirk to give it a try.

The service n the place was really good the food was very bland been better. Staff were really friendly with our wee dog she loved the attention

We used to visit this venue a lot pre-lockdown. On re-visiting, rather disappointed to see the re-vamped menu no longer features my favourite Cullen Skink and the reduced-priced senior citizens menu has been dropped.
