Pizza Hut in Falkirk

Took 45 mins from order to table would have been quicker on just eat

I would give it 0 stars but I can’t. I paid £65 for four pizzas one of them was supposed to be a vegetarian pizza for my daughter and when it came it had meat in it. The pizza was also cold and when we tried to call them about the issue they didn’t answer, which in my opinion the least they could do is answer the phone as some good customer service. I will never order from here again. Thank you Pizza Hut for ruining our family dinner

Helpful & kind staff and good quality grub for the price. unfortunately there was vegan customers that had their faces tripping them since they went in moaning and complaining like they usually do. But unfortunately I can’t review the customers. That would be fun wouldn’t it

The usual tired looked Pizza Hut restaurant. However, the service was good, and very strangely to say, the best pizza I've had in a very long time. What happened???

We had attended the cineworld next door. Don't go out much so precooked was not something I'd have even thought of.Thankfully they had space for me, my son, nephew and niece.I am tech savvy so being able to order from the table on my phone was perfect as you not only have no wait to order, you don't feel like your dragging people over to your table especially when busy.Orders went through very easily, staff where lovely and food was delicious.The whole place was clean and tidy and bathrooms where too.Thanks guys for a great service

We visit here often as a family, tonight my 14 year old son took his wee girlfriend out for his 1st date and he came home feeling so at ease as not only them manager was fantastic and allowed him to contact to pay card as he only had cash she was so nice to him. They were served my Gregor and Freddie came home asking to do a TripAdvisor as he was so nice and and very attentive. I can't thank the team enough for making my boy feel so comfortable and looking after them.

It was so so, they had ran out of chips as a side, at 6pm on a Tuesday I found that pretty baffling. Things just seemed so complicated, we had to wait for bowls for the ice cream as they had none out, the drinks machine wasn't labelled for certain things, and the waiting staff seemed exhausted. The Lad serving done his best, he just kept apologising. The pizza was lovely and the kids did enjoy it.

Staff friendly, food was good, service was fast. Only drawback was we heard someone from management telling young member of staff off for something. This should have been done in private

It was really quite expensive - over £60 for 2 adults and 2 kids no alcohol or desserts. And the pizzas weren't that great.We didn't book but were given a table straight away. Ordering is via the app and service was reasonable.

They are very conscious of seeing you sanitise, so I recommend doing it in plain sight.The Salad bar is out of commission at the moment including the Pizza and Ice Cream counter.1 Complimentary salad comes with each main you order with a serving of Nacho Chips per table.We ordered the Veggie Pizza (forgot to take pictures) and the Chicken Bites (which were surprisingly tender).It's seems a hot spot for families from their clientele, but the reduced menu leaves you wanting; especially with quite a few items of a reduced menu unavailable, you're really limited with choice.The young lady serving us was sweet and lovely.
