Powfoulis Manor House Hotel Restaurant in Falkirk

Wasn’t a very enjoyable meal! Ordered a rare steak and when it got delivered I asked if it was rare and got told I don’t know there all the same. Woman in my group ordered gluten free and didn’t receive what she asked for! Ordered a pint and waited 15 minutes for it. Manager is going extremely rude and talks down to the staff working under him

A fantastic establishment where you are made to feel like landed gentry. The service is A1, the food is fantastic and the price is amazing. Get yourself treated to some Silver Service and some great food at a country style estate house. You won't be disapointed

Beautiful hotel with wonderful atmosphere. Meal was excellent. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Really enjoyed my lunch here. The lady who served us was very friendly and professional. The meal was well presented. The decor was like stepping back in time and really interesting and quirky. The place was spotless, so clean and polished.

Just had Sunday lunch here food and service were both great and at a very reasonableness price.

Fabulous setting with a lovely old world feel. The service was first class from the moment we were greeted on arrival to arranging taxis home. Staff were so polite and accommodating. The food was delisious, I really enjoyed the salmon and prawns in a cream sauce. The best bit was the dessert trolly😋. Fantastic value for money and 5 star service.

Lovely lunch and service was impeccable.We both had coffee and thought that the small pot could have been left for a top up was our only grumble.

The surroundings were very fine: trees and lawns. The cuisine was exceptional. The staff very friendly and helpful. The house itself is interesting and comfortable. My visit was a success, partly due to my being advised to visit Calendar House where I received help with important archives and some knowledgeable locals, all of them very helpful.

Fantastic! Had lunch at powfoulis to celebrate my parents Ruby Wedding Anniversary and our experience was fantastic! Amazing food, friendly efficient staff and the silver service adds a special touch. We will definitely visit again.
