Pretty good coffee and some really great treats

It's not the nicest coffee shop. Yes it's bright but it has no warmth. Meanwhile you have big LED screens telling you about all these different drinks. One key problem they do not have any in stock. The drinks themselves are not normal Starbucks quality. The tables are not cleaned. Overall a very poor Starbucks

I was really shocked how bad this Starbucks was. The staff wandered about slowly working and looked as if they didnt care, the tables and floor were dirty.

Shambolic service on the day I went.As the retail park lacks coffee shops thought we'd go here for quick bite. Big mistakeThe food came quickly. But I stood at the serving hatch drinking hot chocolate waiting ages and ages for a frappe to arrive. All the time my hot food, was getting cold.By the time I got to the table to have a chat and eat my cold toastie with my daughter I was stressed with the whole experience.Not an enjoyable experience

Not great! Service just OK! Asked for extra caramel drizzle and got less than usual

Falkirk Cineworld Starbucks do not accept Starbucks app. I could not collect my reward. But the drink was good.

Is surrounded by places to buy other goods and services. Starbucks and Costa in my opinion dish up the best coffee. I think Starbucks is slightly better than Costa and is better than Greggs coffee. However Starbucks is a coffee specialist whilst Greggs isn't. If you want a meal deal go to Greggs. If you just want an excellent coffee. Then go to Starbucks.

I got the pumpkin spiced latte and all I could taste was cinnamon which was really strong plus the coffee wasn't as hot as it should be when it came out.

I am genuinely at this Starbucks twice a week every week - I travel from Cumbernauld to come here because I think the service is good and the drinks are always lovely!
