Tasty Grill in Falkirk

The irony of having a do not touch the cabinet glass for hygiene reasons.... look around this place and its disgusting inside.... grubby signage, disgusting floors and the staff are not exactly professional either in appearance or inclination. I turned up a little earlier just to check if my order was ready to be bluntly told I TOLD YOU 20 MINUTES..... wow. Food for what it is is very overpriced.... Special Nan at £4 which had no lamb tikka or chicken tikka mainly a few pieces of coriander and a chilli. The fish pakora was mostly batter and the portion was tiny for £5. What A JOKE!!! Do not eat here......

Myself and my husband have been loyal customers here since they opened and the food has always been great but not anymore. The owner and/or manager left last year at some point and the place has went down hill drastically. The place is disgusting inside, no hygiene in place at all and the food ive just opened at home was revolting! The last few orders we have had have been poor but tonight it was revolting. Quality of food is abysmal now and an hour after what i did manage to eat i feel ill... i will never visit again as the old manager knew myself and my husband and the service was always fantastic. Sad to see how its ended up.

My partner placed an order at 17:15 email from them delivered at 18:15.. 18:30 he rang them.. No Order.. asked address. No Order? Check the other internet? Used them before no problems. But not again. Canceling payment..

Been eating from here for years. Sorry to say after today I won't be ordering from Tasty grill again. 2 hours to deliver food and it was cold. Missing item and been told lies about delivery times. If you don't have enough drivers to deliver the food don't take on new orders and go offline. Absolute shocking service!

The quality went down! Try to order a can Pepsi and get delivered an IrnBru..That meal..Dogs like that!( not the painted toxic red ones and the others killed with spices) Do you really want this into your body?😝😝🤢

Would not order food was cold chips felt like there where reheated king Donna kaba way ok ment to feed five of us aye right more like 3 I understand times are hard atm called up the shop to say to them there don't care bescailly all I got was the business needs to make a profit yeh I understand that also trying to say there the cheapest in falkirk no there not could drive a extra 5 mins and get it cheaper and get the salad and sauce with it and not get charged extra for it but cold food come on ae!! I only stay ten mins along the road left a review on just eat as well will not be back not prepared to sort out the issue!!!

Guy behind the counter couldn't get an order right! Pizza I ordered was floating in grease, the toppings I ordered on the pizza the guy forgot to put them on while making the pizza and thought it would be okay to just throw them on at the end! Full pizza went in the bin after a mouth full, absolute waste of money and was disgusting! Never be back there again! Place is no longer good like it used to be.

Not too bad food ok for the price and i found the service reasonable and professional if not the friendliest. Awards given for previous years as per pictures posted. Did a collection and parking is shared with residents so can be very busy with not a lot of room to manoeuvre.

We placed are order everything seem fine, my husband went to collect order as was going to take to long to deliver.. when my husband arrived home with order there was food missing and the food I order for son was wrong. I asked for a plan!!! Chicken Donner burger. Now to me plan means nothing on it all... Well clearly the staff at tasty grill need to look the word plain up to see what it means. The chicken is coated in a red sauce (was going to add photo but can't) and it's very spicy also so my son would not eat it... When I phone to say it was wrong the man on phone would not listen to me he kept shutting at me down phone when I tried to explain what plain meant to me. He then said he had to order missing items and said thank you for your language and hung up on me 😡😡 not happy the man on phone is very rude to his customer won't be back this is not the first time order has been wrong or items missing. Word of mouth goes a long way 😡😡 won't be back can highly recommend Noor much better food and by far better customer service.

Ordered a delivery only to find half of it was wrong when it arrived. After phoning to complain they eventually offered to send the right food but wanted me to pay a 2ND delivery charge. Food is OK but service is terrible.
