Had a excellent Christmas lunch here. Will be back. Went back for lunch today 2/3/2022. Excellent lunch once again. Generous portions competively priced. Good quality, good staff.

·

A good place to eat. On my visit the breaded mushrooms were freshly made. The main course was filling and tasty. I will be returning in due course.

Food was really good. Good choice, and staff friendly

Probably our favourit restaurant in Falkirk. Good British food. Always reliable. Good portions. Fair pricing. And Gregor and his team give good friendly service.

We visit here fairly regularly, as it's convenient and you can generally get a table. It has a nice relaxed feel, with lots of families and on the occasions we have taken my friend's grandchild it's been very welcoming . The food is good, and I notice the salad is very fresh and appetising in particular. Very reasonably priced, too. A great place for a meal.

Called in for a meal, whilst nothing was inherently wrong there was nothing to make me want to return. I like a nice steak and they had Rump Steak on their 'specials' menu - but nobody could tell me what size??? So I went for the 8oz Rib Eye. It arrived very, very quickly and quite simply was tasteless, served with onion rings a raw tomato and mushrooms (from a tin?) + a side of chips which took a little longer than the main meal. All edible but nothing to get excited about. I then decided to have a sweet and selected the 'Snowball Sundae' again, nice but not exciting - the 'snowball' was one of those shop bought marshmallow, chocolate & coconut biscuit snowballs with ice-cream, chocolate sauce and squirty cream on top. The place itself is nice and clean, the staff are very friendly but the seats are hard and uncomfortable. My main gripe is that the meal didn't convince me that they had an actual chef doing the cooking. I hope that I caught them on an 'off day' and that they can improve quickly with just a little more care (P.S. Dear 'chef?' I ordered medium rare - I got well done)
