Ordered a couple of days ago, delivery took about an hour and a half , food was cold and not sure if it was even cooked right absolutely rotten place man

Great food. And delivers other great things too ....

Over an hour waiting, message to say on way, had to phone shop to be told pizza just leaving shop now (20mins after message). Pizza looked nice, unfortunately the pizza dough was verging on raw. Trying to eat local rather than McDs etc, not a great start 😕 Waste of money

God food good friendly service varied menu decent prices and they don't complain when you go off menu, left over donner meat doesn't dry out overnight indicating lower hydrogenated fat content and higher quality and tastes just as good reheated which is highly unusual for donner meat in general

the patty was cold and dry, NO JUICES! the bun was flat and floppy and kept falling off. Never ordering from here again appalling quality.

Ordered from here and order was missing a £5 milkshake so called them up and they laughed it off saying they gave it to the wrong person then proceeded to hang up on me! I called back and they lied and said someone was coming with it and no one turned up!! Appalling service

Food never turned up i was informed the driver tried my door which i tried explaining was imposible because the only access was through a metal locked gate and no one rang the bell as i was sitting waiting on it.The owner was rude on the phone and refused to give a refund. Wont be ordering from here again!

Ordered ice blasts that never came till pretty late at night and we’re melted! Food isn’t great either, thechips were soggy and my milkshake tasted like Bile! Pretty sure I seen a hair in my munchie box too! When phoned no one answers, hence my review.I wouldn’t let my dog eat anything from here, ever mind myself! Sincerely food reviewer!

Food is generally good, but after a second order sent incorrectly phoned up to complain. I suggest you go and look at order placed i.e. check what has been ordered and what your customer is telling you they have received. Ordering a quarter pounder chicken burger and a quarter pounder cheeseburger does not warrant delivery of 2no quarter pounder chicken burgers!!!!! Receipt was correct, delivery was wrong, a sorry we will replace would be sufficient rather than continually stating we had ordered 2 x chicken burgers. Thanks for the free bit of cake but think I would choke on it!!!!!

was told my order would be with me a 19.50. 20.20 still waiting, telephoned BBQ king and was told my meal would be with be soon, ok my meal arrived 5 minutes later, pizza and chips were cold. binned the lot. telephoned them back to be told they have been really busy. eh excuse me but that's not your customers problem. wont be ordering from you again. heard a few people have complained about meals being cold. who ever I spoke to on the phone didn't sound bothered at all, wish I had asked his name now. not good. wont be back!!
