Have to change this review, unfortunately. Had the most awful experience today, I could explain what happened but it would take too long. Upshot is we had to leave as the staff didn't care about us one iota. That's the thanks you get for leaving a good review. It's a pity as the food is really good.

Although the coffee was fine, the service lacked warmth and welcome. We were charged a surcharge per coffee for choosing non dairy. Although this is published in very small print on the menu, this is still a kick in the teeth to those who are lactose intolerant or choose to avoid dairy.

The fact it is so busy on a winters morning is testament to how enjoyable it is to have coffee and scones in this cafe. The quality of both is of the highest standard in modern well appointed premises. The staff were pleasant throughout. Everywhere from the dining area to the toilets was pristine. It is a place not to be missed in this enchanting village.

Worth the 20 minute drive from home to Campbells! Whether hot or cold food, it is always first class. Staff get 5 stars. Really great customer service.

Just came here expecting nothing more than regular food and now it is in my top 5 favourite places to eat in UK, everything is delicious and the athmosphere is nice, lovely view to Falkland.

Can't give 1 star. Very disappointed by customer service on what was otherwise a lovely trip to Falkland. Came for a coffee and cake with family and staff initially stated they would just clear a free table before a staff member looked at her colleague and they quickly decided it was reserved which clearly wasn't the case. Most insulted by this attitude and happy to take my custom elsewhere.

Lovely little cafe! Modern and spotlessly clean, they serve great coffee and an absolutely great brunch (get their Eggs Benedict with haggis, black pudding and tattie scone), in the wonderful village of Falkland. Nice views of the village as well.

1st time visit. Very welcoming.Quick attentive service. Lovely food selection, full meal or snack. Very busy ,I think booking would be best or go early for lunchtime. Children welcomed, highchairs provided. Return visit a must.

Great lunch! We were trailing the different Outlander locations and of course visited Falkland. Campbell's lunch is good. Friendly service and a serious hot chocolate. If you go to Falkland go to Campbell's for lunch or tea.

Lovely coffee shop/eatery in heart of Falkland village . Just been for lunch after a long walk around Maspie Den. Fresh homemade soups everyday . At least 3 different fresh scones a day . Loads of homebaking and light meals and a few traditional more substantial meals like macaroni cheese and stovies to name but a few. Good service and nice atmosphere.
