Absolutely fabulous dining experience at The Cellar - superb service, stunning good, excellent wines ... a fantastic restaurant to visit for a special occasion (ours was my Mother's 97th Birthday!). We'll be back! πŸ˜‰

Well worth a visit for great food, lovely service and a cosy atmosphere. We loved everything on the set lunch menu; it was all perfectly balanced and each course brought a smile to our faces. A lovely experience, perfect for a special occasion and we will absolutely be back!

Lovely location and well presented restaurant. First class tasting menu with beautifully matched wines. It was impossible to pick a favorite course as they were all so good. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

Anstruther is known for its fish and chips. But The Cellar should rightly take its place as number 1.Scotland's lucky to a have a good larder and the Cellar puts those ingredients to great effect.Every plate on the tasting menu was enjoyable and full of flavour. Matched wines completed and complemented each course. The restaurant setting adds to the ambiance and the staff ensure you'll enjoy your experience at ease.

A hidden gem! From North East England and travelled up to the Cellar on the back of a few friends reviews. I'm glad we mad the effort! An absolutely amazing restaurant tucked away in a lovely fishing town. The food is some of the best I've ever had!The restaurant atmosphere is brilliant, not too big but big enough to feel like you've got your own space. The team are brilliant and very knowledgeable about their craft. The whole coast line is stunning, my only regret was not staying in the area for longer! Will definitely be going back at some point!

Well crafted and tasty food above expectations. Service was very slow at the end of the evening for no obvious reason. Why do tasting menus always two puddings?
