Costa Coffee Victoria Hospital in Fife

For the price I paid for a coffee very poor.

Drive through . Always get order wrong when clear say no cream in hot chocolate

Excellent service. Staff actually took time to speak to everyone properly and have genuine interest in what was said

Fast, friendly service in a busy location. Popped in for a snack after an appointment, the staff keep a busy line moving at a good pace with a smile all the way. If it wasn't at the hospital this would be my Costa of choice in the Kdy area.

Far too expensive and food not the best.

The BEST staff in a coffee shop! Great fun, very friendly and so fast at serving you. Have ruined all other coffee shops for me as they don't even come close.

The head chap/barista is the best manager I have ever encountered. He remembered me from at least a year ago and the Victoria hospital handles 100s of people I'm sure. He is a superb employee very supportive of his staff and he is SO professional and charming to all his clients. Well done to you for spotting an ace employee. Made my visit today a whole lot easier. Just had to write and tell you.

My wife, family and myself visited Costa Coffee at Victoria hospital several times during my three and a half weeks there. We found the staff there to be extremely polite, friendly and efficient and of all our visits they couldn't be faulted in any way.please thank all staff at Costas at Victoria hospital . Full marks.
