Decks Dunfermline Tesco Superstore in Fife

Stood ignored while staff at lottery and cigarettes counter discussed their shifts, pretending they didn't see us. Moving forward to be seen, was met with "you have to queue back there", "I know but we were being ignored back there". Then proceeded to half-heartedly "serve" and get the lottery tickets wrong. I'll just go to Morrisons instead. Typical shoddy Tesco.

Not recommend. Just received a penalty for carpark. I spend over a £150 each week at this store but no more! Be aware and better watch your time (specially people doing shopping with kids) or you may discover that your shopping will cost more than expected. Time to switch to different retailer

This Mountain high speed bump on the way to the car park is really annoying, a small car in front of me was nearly crash my car, luckily I have a fast reaction to reversed my car fast enough, otherwise, you Tesco will pay for the damage. This speed bump has to fix it asap!!!Update: Finally, they lower the bump after a few months later.

Stuck in the car park for 40 minutes. Great idea let’s build a McDonald’s and cause major traffic disruption

Overall it's a good store, normally plenty of stock and really nice staff. The thing that lets the side down with this Tesco is the school kids at lunch time, it's an absolute shitemare, you may want to consider restricting the number of kids that go in and make sure they're no hingin around like a bad smell waiting on their mates.

Brilliant staff at customer service extremely patient in rectifying a mistake on both our parts, we had a laugh in the end thank you I'll enjoy the game😄

Large store with a cafe and toilets, escalator next to stairs for people and shopping trolleys from Free carpark (2hr limit) underneath shop. Shop on street level at the front on the main street. Petrol station on premises.

Fed up having to contact Tesco about online refunds, 3 times over the last few weeks on different orders when I’ve handed goods back to staff, I either haven’t been refunded or have been refunded the wrong amounts and not for allGoods handed back. Shopped with Tesco for years but the refunding has been terrible of late!

The shop itself is good. Always clean and tidy. Thanks to the new dangerous speed ramp I will not be back. To say its dangerous is an understatement far too high, cars virtually stopping to get over it. I wonder who will pay for damage to Cars.? Staff member told me they were having lots of complaints.
