Dino's in Fife

Went there on Sunday evening, for fish n chips and double cheese burger,Really fresh fish- 2fillets and hot, perfect portions,The burger was huge-3patties and chips. All of us full belly and well worth the money.Highly recommend this one as compared to extortionate cromars or tailend.Only issue is cash only and defo recommend to go there yourself and wait for 15mins rather than order online and not turn up.

Nice wee place with friendly staff and hot food

Dino's is a few blocks from our house, and was the first place we bought food from when we moved in. We are slowly making our way through the menu. The Fish&Chips are really good and the pizzas are also worth getting.They only take cash in the shop but their online ordering system takes cards for both delivery or pickup. I have never managed to get the online system to accept any of my cards (maybe because I am an "international man of mystery" and my cards have unusual, mostly non-UK billing addresses?) but Dino's does have an ATM just a few metres away, so that has not been a real problem. We just order online for cash pickup, then get cash at the ATM if needed.The staff and everyone waiting in line have always been friendly, and the place has a real neighbourhood feel with lots of regular customers.

Good valued the food seems to have gotten much better recently.

🌟🌟🌟🌟✨4.7 (based on 1.Freshness, 2.Freedom of Creation, 3.Taste, 4.Quality/Price, 5.Looks) had a burger at Dino's in St.Andrews, great, made to my instructions, choice of different toppings and definitely Flame grilled,I had a Half pounder (double Whopper at Burgerking, visited the new shop in Cupar/Fife, safe your money there👎) coated in Chilli Sauce while grilling, topped with Mozzarella Cheese, Onions, Burger Sauce + a little bit of Garlic Sauce, Salad and Tomatoes.All in all very filling on it's own no chips need and NO HeartBurns.You wanna nice Juicy Burger 🍔 go to Dino's in the town of Golf ⛳

Was regular customer until tonight but won't be back. Made an order online and even though I was there for the 10 minutes stated to pick up, thought I would go to the shop and get juice first. On going into dinos was asked if I had already placed my order, to which I replied I had online. Told my order would be ready in a few minutes. After waiting a further 10 minutes by my Collection time was then asked what I had ordered and they were putting in now. I replied no that wasn't acceptable I was already waiting double expected time and wasn't willing to wait longer. I was then told just because I was told 15 minutes doesn't mean it had to be ready in 15 minutes, I replied it was 10 minutes actually and if I get told a time I expect in that time. Was then told the donner meat wasn't ready and that was the reason for my wait and other people waiting in shop had ordered before me despite me ordering 10 minutes before going to the shop. Demanded my money back and cancelled the order. Thanks but no thanks won't be back and far preferred my jahangir in it's place!!

Really disappointed after our takeaway last wait. Used regularly on previous visits to St Andrews. Were encouraged by the great reviews and previous experience. Portions very small compared to usual, obviously bought in frozen onion rings, no batter on smoked sausage as requested. No contact less payment. All staff displaying a variety of mask wearing - round the arm whilst leaning over food creating someone's order, under the chin, none at all. Appreciate it is hot work, but with no perspex screen and a number of people working close together it is concerning.

2nd time I have used them, the first being last year. last year the missed several items from my online order and I had to drive back. This time I placed another online order and double checked it in the car just in case . All seemed well until I made it up the road and they had missed the sauce and salad on our shish kebabs. so for £7 I had one dry pitta bread and 6 chunks of dry chicken. The fact the have made errors on both visit even when the 2nd one they were not that busy shows you how chaotic this place is. Having read the other reviews it seems this is definitely a place to avoid and I won't bother a third time as I really don't trust them to get a large order right again!

After being a regular customer I won't be back. Picked up an order and the steak pie was one stage off of being black and took a steak knife to hack through it. Possibly a left over from lunch time which should have been binned several hours ago. Phoned to complain and was offered a replacement meal which I was happy with. Fast forward 15 minutes to the delivery driver calling to tell me I would have to pick it up as he wasn't delivering (probably due to the fact I wouldn't be paying delivery) Abysmal service from somewhere we normally enjoy eating. Shall not be back.

Awesome Pizza. Has to be one of the best and most fresh pizzas I have ever had. Super tasty!The staff were excellent, chatty and welcoming.Got to be the best take away in Fife!
