Domino's Pizza in Fife

The pizza is great too bad their website doesn't work for the coupons advertised.

It?was good it was quick but a Buffalo chicken is 23$ in Wisconsin. That pays 16.50 starting 38$ here. ...why

This location has very bad customer servic!! I ordered a pizza and it was not what i ordered i called it in and the night shift manger was very rude and just hung up. So by them not making what your order and are charged for they are just stealing your money!!!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF WITH ALL THIS COVID GOING ON THEY DECIDED TO PUT THE DIRTY NASTY RECEIPT IN THE PIZZA BOX ON TOP OF THE PIZZA I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MAKING A REPORT

Always been my spot for Pizza until I had a problem with them a few days ago. Ordered my food online. Waited for about 45 minutes. Order tracker displayed driver left already. Waited another 15 min. Nothing. Called in and an associate said if we can pick it up cause they are backed up. Already irritated so I went. Got there and they tell me a driver has my order. So I wait ANOTHER 10 min for driver to get back. Driver brings pizza. At this point I want to cancel the whole thing but the manager steps in and says to me "don't worry sir, its on us." With a sigh of relief, I agreed. The problem was, I never got the refund. Your word goes a long way and this Dominoes location did not keep theirs. Hope this helps.

I agree with a previous post giving them 1 star is very generous. The location smelled when I walked in, I thought maybe it was just the cheese smell even though I only eat dominoes and never had smelled another location like it. I should have turned around and not even bothered cause my pizza was packed with sauce barley sprinkled with cheese and the bottom was soggy like it was frozen and heated in the microwave...worst dominoes experience EVER!!! I STILL LOVE DOMINOES AND WILL EAT AGAIN JUST NOT THIS LOCATION...

They forgot my 4 marina and 4 ranch sauce which is the only way I enjoy my pizza. I called and got a lazy brownie as a credit. Lunch was ruined. I guess I was expecting the commercial thing of if they made a mistake they’d fix it. Ruined my lunch entirely. 45 bucks down the drain.

Food is always great when I order. My problem is when I need to make comments and have adjustments made, there’s no place to do so. This is the third time I’ve had this problem. The first time I was told to put it in the delivery instructions. I did this the second time, and was told it’s not gonna be seen there, so next time call. This time, I placed my order and called in the same minute and when I asked for the modifications I was told by the unprofessional broad that answered the phone that the manager said call a sooner next time, which as I said, were literally back to back and when I’m explaining how soon I called and asking how it’s possibly in the oven already, I hear her laughing at me like I told a joke. I don’t appreciate this and it’s gonna be inconvenient to not order from this store cause I work in fife right around the corner but I’d rather pay all the money we customers do for quality customer service as well as quality product. Very disappointed.

One star is still a lot for them, today I bought a pizza it was full of sauce, not cooking well. I didn’t eat it i dropped it in the garbage. They west my time and money. This was my first and last time that I bought pizza in the Domino’s Pizza.

My delivery was timely and accurate. Every special request I made was honored, but when I go out my room and accidentally meet the driver. I keep the social distance out of respect for HER, but I mentioned "I" think its a fake virus. Now mind you I'm keeping social distancing out of respect for HER, but yet she fells like its a perfect time to express her views on our President and mention "so did the president" yet our previous conversation was "you" and "I" its b.s. that I kept the conversation casual, but she felt the need to express her views on our president. I was ordering PIZZA not a political debate. . . . . Sad that one can't order food without a debate. Never again dominoes unless its shown to me a change is made. I respect everyone's opinion, but DO NOT force your opinion on me while I'm just wanting dinner.

Always have an excellent experience with this place. The staff are always so pleasant! Had a great delivery driver today worth mentioning, his name is Dakota. Definitely a worker you'll want to keep on your team! Great personality, informative, and very nice. Having a genuinely friendly delivery driver is a very pleasant experience since most delivery drivers are more concerned simply with just getting the business done, there's nothing wrong with that exactly, but being able to initiate a polite and engaging conversation is an important personal asset for someone in this position because not only does it make the transaction enjoyable but it influences the customer to want to do business with said company again in the future.I just feel like exceptional customer service is worth noting and he surely fits that bill.Mad props to him for hooking me up with my sauces! 😁
