The food is excellent and the service warm and welcoming. It's just such a shame that Covid issues means that the opening days and hours are quite limited. Indoor and outdoor space available with great views.

The Smokehouse at St Monans is fab and well worth a visit. Great seafood on the pier. All of it delicious. Smoked sea bass was a winner and the curry was full of fish!! We were told off for feeding the seagulls. Sorry! Quite expensive though! Book in advance!

A small but cute place. The best fish soup I have ever had! The staff are very friendly. Please, mind that you need to pre-order in advance. Walk-ins not served.

This is my happy place. A hugely authentic setting by the harbour; an endearing laid-back atmosphere; and scrumptious food. We loved especially the smoked salmon pate, the cod and chips and some great mackerel. I'd also v much recommend coming for a chilled after-hours drink as part of their "beer on the pier." Suitable for families too, both in atmosphere and food!

Simply excellent. Amazing smoked food, friendly and attentive staff. On a sunny evening, the setting is superb. We had the yellow smoked fish curry and white chocolate panna cotta. Highly recommended.

Fresh and delicious food. I'm still dreaming with the smoked langoustines and the cullen skink soup. We were very lucky but better to order online, in advance, to make sure that you can order anything that is in the menu instead of what is just available/left. The place is very authentic, in St Monans harbour and even more in a foggy day like the one that we picked.

This is how to do it! Booked a time online, and staff were very COVID aware and organised with a buzzer for when your order’s ready - which we really appreciated. Fish was melty fresh. Plenty outside seating. Even lovely coffee and nice loo. 2 starters and 4 mains and soft drinks £70 ish. Really enjoyed!
