Got a coffee, tea and a tub of ice cream with a flake, which, according to their menu, should have come to £7. I've been charged £11.40. I know Elie is a bit posh, but that's a bit much for 2 drinks and an ice cream

Bought three cones with flake yesterday. Ice cream was melting before it was handed over to me at the van. It was poor ice cream and completely melted within 2mins before eating. Disappointed toddler. Thanks for your "luxury" cones
