Great food and friendly staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere

My daughter, grandson and I went to Gratzi last Tuesday evening to celebrate her birthday. The service was superb, and matched by the food, which we all found delicious. We mentioned in passing that it was my daughter’s birthday, and after the dishes from our main course had been cleared, our lovely waiter appeared with a large slice of gateau for her, complete with candles, and sang Happy Birthday! When our desserts were finished we paid the bill and then phoned for a taxi, only to find that there would be a thirty minute wait. I therefore went to the bar to get another drink for us all, but payment was politely refused and I was told the drinks were on the house! All in all a wonderful evening, and I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

As always lovely food never dissappointed here. Hugo and Mackenzie are worth a special mention. The sevice was a bit slow butvthisxwas due to 2 large parties and only 3 staff serving. The owner should repair the leaking tap in the ladies it had been like that for months

Pleade Don't use takeaway on justeat.. we waited nearly 2 hours for delivery and food was cold and ruined. Over £30 spent. I'm sure restaurant is good. But I live 2 miles away so no excuse for poor service. Didn't even contact me to advise.i had to chase up delivery.

The service was excellent! Our waiter was very caring towards us and we felt very comfortable there. The food did not take long and when it came it was lovely. We couldn't praise them enough and left there satisfied. Definitely recommend to everyone. 😊😊😊

Absolutely amazing food here tonight, I had the fillet steak and it's the best I've had in a very long time! My partner had chicken and mushroom risotto, which was also incredible. Great pricing, impeccable manners from all staff. So happy! Will definitely be back!!
