London prices, atmosphere and service but the food was quite some way off the mark, sadly. Trout was just off raw, lobster over cooked, aubergine cold and undercooked, oyster flavour overpowered by all the garnishes. Duck was excellent and the second snack. Serving staff were very knowledgeable and professional.

Sublime! I can honestly say I have never have had such amazing food before. Every dish of the 5 course taster menu was put together with thought and care, so that every mouthful had a miriad of complimentary flavours. An experience well worth saving for.

I really enjoyed the snack experience at the start. A chef takes you through three mini courses, bringing them together in front of you. This has all the elements that make this kind of meal sparkle: personalization, wonder at what is coming, interesting combinations of ingredients, and little bites of tastiness.Throughout the rest of the meal, I thought the food was tasty and well balanced, but the sparkle wasn't really there. It was a taster menu but the wonder got a bit lost because too much was spelled out in the menu at the start. Being seen by at least four different staff throughout the evening, and seeing a clear difference in understanding between them, also took away from the experience. A single server, who could explain all of the ingredients with confidence and who engaged in a bit more chat to find out who we are, why were were there, etc, might have seen that we could have better understood had the descriptions of the food been delivered a bit more slowlyand/or been given space to ask questions.All in all, while the theatre side of things could be better, if you are just looking for good food, you won't be disappointed.

Just awful awful customer service. Due to a strike at Air France we cannot keep our reservation time so I called over 24 hours in advance ( approx26) and was told they need 48 hours. They relied on the small print in the online resy system they use. In the follow up emails this is not mentioned. After explaining my predicament I got no sympathy. Instead I got charged $188 for a no show fee. I only hope you find this experience as awful as I do and run from this restaurant. Please do not reward this kind of service. We, the customer, deserve better. 75£ per person I was charged because my flight was delayed. Shame on you Haar!!!

An amazing experience! From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left, it was superb. I can't tell you what happens as that would spoil your experience.

We had a fantastic meal here to celebrate my partners birthday. We used an itison voucher for the meal but ended up adding on the two extra courses and the prestige wines. The food was fantastic and the wines were great too.The service was attentive but it did seem a little cold and scripted - we were so impressed by the food but there was no real response to any of our comments about how tasty each course was. Definitely still a 5 star review but just felt the staff could have engaged with us a little more than just to tell us what each course/wine was.

I bought lots of Haar crab & lobster boxes during lockdown so keen to try the restaurant. Even better than my high expectations. Every mouthful was outstanding but I strongly recommend the lobster which was divine, heavenly. I am used to warm and friendly service but here it seemed very genuine . It was expensive but worth every penny. In our opinion the dishes had more complex flavours and were more exciting and innovative than a well known restaurant with a Michelin star.

Sorry to say a bit disappointed. The staff were lovely, the food good although somewhat lacking in substance. Thankfully saved by an abundance of bread. However the main complaint is the speed of the meal. We were wined an dined in an hour and a quarter. Not bad if you are wanting a fast food meal but after spending £272, a bit too speedy. Maybe a bit less rush might turn thus into a memorable meal.

For a taste of Blumenthal type cuisine, this is well worth a visit. The five course tasting menu was excellent. Service was excellent with all staff showing a great knowledge of the dishes served.

Fantastic welcome in superb surroundings.We had the five course tasting menu which was definitely 5star.The snacks which were offered at the Chef's work station were pure theatre and supremely tasty.The five course tasting menu was truly outstanding in taste, presentation and service, definitely well worth a visit.
