Amazing for a pub behind the R&A not to have satellite to watch golf. Good staff though.

Staff make this place! Cosy wee pub but having no cocktails was a bit rubbish. Some of the groups food was nice and some was absolutely rotten sadly, wouldn't recommend the mac n cheese. For being St Andrews & Location overall pretty disappointed.

Excellent food and drink, with very friendly staff

Excellent. Lunch and dinner. Beautifully cooked food, beautifully presented, by really, very good staff. Lovely surroundings as well, and fairly priced. As a bonus, great music photos, and screens. Will be recommending.

Really lovely service in this place. So let's mention that up front. But the bar itself needs a keen eye. It's lit like a football stadium which totally loses the cosy feel, it is totally lacking in any real ales (the rebranded Belhaven does not count) and the wine list is quite anonymous. It's a confusing place being a bar attached to the Old Course with high end toilets without any of the trimmings at your table.

Loved our visit. Staff helpful and friendly. Only in for coffee but good looked amazing so will be back to try some.

Lovely food,excellent service and dog friendly

Nice pub, lovely and clean, toilets immaculate. Shame it was let down by mediocre food. We did get the price taken off the bill, which is appreciated, but would rather a nice plate of fish and chips than the money back!

Lovely atmosphere, great staff and pet-friendly. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A lot of places are pet-friendly but you have to sit outside. We went in with a cockapoo and a lab and were seated in the middle of the restaurant. Bowls of fresh water came for the dogs along with our drinks. We will definitely be back.

Food was delicious with some great Scottish options. Portions were absolutely massive which is something to bear in mind when ordering. Prices were reasonable. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Location was ideal as the pub is situated right next to the Royal and Ancient Clubhouse and 18th hole of the Old Course. I definitely would recommend if you were looking for good pub food in St Andrews.
