Harvester in Fife

Loved every part of lunch. The breaded mushrooms was to die for along with the dip. My father loves the scampi, my mum loved the chilli non carne as it went down a treat, my beef burger was great. We all loved the sundae’s was smooth and creamy even the vegan one which my mum had. The staff was extremely friendly and welcome.

Very well cooked food. Friendly staff. Following covid rules and keen to make sure we had no allergies. Checked on us throughout our meal. They also changed a few things for us as my husband is a picky eater. Tables are clean and the gentleman that served us had brilliant customer service.

This is a Harvesters chain pub so the menu is pretty standard fair. That said it was well cooked and there was plenty of it. We were seated quickly and our greeter explained the various COVID rules in place. Normally this would get 4 stars, 3 for the fact that it's just a chain pub and 1 for the actual food as served at this visit and that service was good.HOWEVER the extra star here was for the exceptionally helpful staff. We visited with an elderly relative and the greeter was careful to make sure that our group was able manage the small number of steps between us and our intended seat. While we were there I observed the staff helping a disabled lady to navigate the route to the rest rooms and back and also helping an elderly couple manage the online track and trace requirements. They did this with what seemed to be genuine care and good cheer.Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Enjoyed dinner tonight served by the lovely Martina. Very efficient staff. Free unlimited salad bar. Nice cozy surroundings. Small play area for kids.

Stopped here for breakfast on the way back from Edinburgh Airport. Lovely food and very nice service….. big shout out to Jack who got us toast. Thank you 😊

I was using up a voucher 🙂 but had a look around while I was waiting, place could do with a little freshening up by way of paint and chairs need a refurbed I believe this would make it a little more welcoming and not some dark, dingy eating place, but have to say the staff are very friendly and attentive so that's a plus.

Food was really nice, staff super friendly. Only down side was they were no longer doing Blue light discount. Would still come back.

I had such an amazing experience here. I am currently breastfeeding and my son has a soy ajd dairy allergy so I have to avoid eating them. The waitress was extremely helpful and made sure there was as little cross contamination as possible too. Fantastic service

Really warm, welcoming establishment. Bar staff were exceptionally friendly & accomodating. The food was reasonably priced, but well above standard, and the service was pleasent as well as prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Visited for breakfast. Buffet bar not open due to COVID, but able to order items from it along with main food order. Good choice of food - tasty and reasonably priced. Staff attentive.
