First time visiting, staff were amazing and great sense of humour! Food was delicious and generous portions. Will definitely be back, would highly recommend x

The best Indian food I have ever had…. We loved the chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, and garlic naan especially. It was just the right amount of spiciness. They also squeezed us in without a reservation when it was packed.

Fantastic experience, great service and lovely food! It's pretty spicy but what do you expect from an Indian! Check out the indoor fish pond and glass bridge too, unique!

·

Fantastic restaurant - been using it for years and will continue, food and staff are excellent - with a glass bridge feature, funny watching 1st timers !!!

This was my first experience going to Jahangir. The food was good but expensive. Therefore, I would have expected the owner to be more polite! Unfortunately, he wasn't and told us to hurry so others can have our seats right from the beginning. If you accept a reservation from a big group of people please plan enough time for us in advance. It made this experience really bad for me which is why I won't go this restaurant again. The waitors were polite though!

They use a lot of sugar in their dishes for some strange reason, and when they asked for feedback got aggressive. Definitely an opportunity for a better Indian restaurant in St.Andrews!

Had pre theatre menu, available up until 7pm, and it was excellent value . Good range of menu choices, and standard of food top class . Staff friendly and attentive . Thoroughly recommend.

Had a meal here tonight with my good lady. Absolutely fantastic, staff were brilliant and food AMAZING. If you find yourself in st Andrews, you must try this place.

I have never eaten a worse curry in my life. I ate from the cheapest lunch time 2 course menu and had sliced potato followed by chicken korma and a naan bread. The potato starter was greasy and tasteless and the korma was a plate full of bland "semolina consistency" totally white sauce with 4 small pieces of chicken. The naan was huge and reasonably ok.This was a total disappointment.

We walked in here without a booking on a Saturday evening. An unpretentious shopfront opened into a mad busy restaurant. We were welcomed and they found a seat for the two of us very quickly. A fabulous meal was served promptly. We'd go back again for sure.
