Lovely place, set up beautifully for a friends wedding. Food was amazing, not 1 person had a complaint & staff were very attentive. Lovely day

Would like to thank Laura bank staff for allowing us a small mini hen do for my granddaughter who 8 yrs old and her mum in the private room. The staff were lovely allowing us the room so granddaughter could dance too the music she had a blast, and food and drinks were excellent. Thank you all again Teresa walker

Fish and chips were floating in oil. Not nice. The fish was also very very dry inside. Probably overcooked.On a positive note, the fajitas were enjoyed by others.Nice and clean inside and polite staff.

Went for my birthday on 16th December and was not disappointed. The service was spot on and the food delicious. Place was spotless and cosy. We even took our two lovely well behaved small dogs. There was a bowl of water and doggie biscuits for them.

Just had a lovely meal here. Had the Sunday Roast and a steak..... Were both amazing! Nice home cooked food. Service was great as well. Will definitely be back and definetley recommend. 5 ⭐

Great night had by all, our group had booked the "boozy brunch" which consisted of a light meal, (I had the chicken wraps and chips) and 4 cocktails each, all for £25 per head. The food served up was tasted delish, the staff were polite, prompt and well presented.

Just sitting outside in the sunshine at the Laurel Bank Hotel .. and what a lovely meal we have had (mac and cheese & chicken burger). Really good service.. the lass at the reception and behind the bar (dark hair blondish at the bottom) was really nice, welcoming and chatty. The place looks amazing will definitely be back. 😊

My wife and I are visiting the area and had lunch here today. Reception check-in service was 5 🌟. The orders arrived in good time and the vegan starters were 5 🌟. The main meals were not so great as 1. The sweet potato fries were sour and not edible 2. The chips looked as if they were the frozen kind but were good enough to eat 3. The fish in the fish and chips was very greasy and not enjoyable. This was fed back to the waitress who removed the plates. The great service and starters is what earned the 3 🌟. As it was lunchtime the atmosphere suited us.

Staff in here are really helpfull and nice. The food we had was great all served fairly quick and spaced out at tables. We took the two meals and a bottle of wine deal for £25.00. Also had coffee and desert. Great value and a fab band came on at 9pm. Wondered why they needed security who were great nice guys too by the way. Some drunken locals came in later and these nice guys were needed then. All in all a nice place worth a visit.
