Marks and Spencer in Fife

“ Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” - Albert Einstein.This quote will be useful later on.Went in with my partner to get a steak dinner, which was lovely. This rating reflects my experience in the store.When trying to scan the steaks, they would not scan from the barcode. After trying numerous times my partner took the steaks off me and tried - what was she expecting right? As if she has some magical barcode fingers. After watching us struggle we called over the assistant on the self checkout, who tried to get them to scan for another minute or two, after watching us try this already… I’m sure this member of staff is highly trained for tense situations like this don’t get me wrong, but this woman by Einstein terms is clearly insane. Need to look in to the hiring process here.

Great food, they've added lots of really delicious vegan items (E.g the no salt beef sandwich, cookies, jelly!). Store is well presented and easy to navigate. Unfortunately it loses a star because frankly its really expensive. However, it definitely sells the best quality food of anywhere in this park!

Great M&S. Clean the trolley for you! That has never happened in any of the other M&S stores. The selection on offer was fantastic and the lady who served us was lovely.

Dine in for 2 hardly had any choice. Fresh fruit display was dismal to, no strawberries, what's happening M&S? Thursday early teatime wasn't too busy. Still managed to spend over £50 though

Great produce (at high prices) but M&S is a solid shop overall. Saying that, avoid if you're keen on social distancing - it's practically absent in this busy store.

Excellent food choices from ready made meals to fresh food to cook your own delightful dishes. A huge variety of other food products, good wines and beers and the nicest staff ever.Thanks 'Marks and Sparks' when it comes to food and wines you are definitely the high street market leader and at such competitive prices too!!

I wish all supermarket's were like M&S. I find the shopping experience particularly pleasant. They clearly spend a lot of money on food development. As a vegetarian I really appreciate the new ranges constantly being rolled out. My usual store is in Woodly nr Reading. This store was clean, well stocked and the staff friendly. Highly recommended.

It was jammed packed with Christmas shoppers mostly polite people, patient and many with a sense of humour even when a bit harassed trying to shop around the busy isles. Staff were equally very busy and in good humour. I must have had the last ever £1 in the trolley as it was the last one that I could find. And frustrating as I couldn't get my quid back :) with no trolleys with the inserting tool. Hey ho Merry Christmas everyone xxx

So annoyed for the 2nd time tonight arrived at 17.50 and the entrance was already closed although they say it stays open till 18.00.Dont see any future with this way of pushing out customers when next door Sainsbury's closed at 22.00 in 3/4 from now.Sorry to tell you dont see bright future for u guys, lost a customer, very very dissapointed, also they dont care for the food that must gone because it expires the same day, by reducing drasticallly 10 min the price before closing. Really poor management unfortunately

I visited the store today expecting Xmas chaos. Although the food hall was extremely busy I've never come across such helpful pleasant staff. Janice defo deserves a Xmas bonus. I felt like I had a personal shopper as she took me from aisle to aisle making sure I had everything I needed . 10/10 M&S staff for taking the stress out of my day 😁🎅 x
