Mcdonald's Restaurants in Fife

I have ordered a large meal, they 1st bring the fries halfway, asked to get a full one and they bring me the same.

I went drive thru.. food was actually hot and chips actually tasty.. keep it up i say well done!

Its a hit or a miss here either you get great food or not so great. If you use the drive through be very very careful to make sure they have given you the correct food, straws and any sauces. Nothing worse when you get home and realise they have gotten it wrong.

Sick of ordering from here and never getting sauces, even if you pay for them! Phoned about it to be then told its a just eat problem.. it's the servers that pack orders not the drivers!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 McPlant burgers with no pickles, no mustard and no buns as I'm Coeliac. I also put in the notes to put the sandwich sauce that's supposed to be included on it as it wasn't the last 2 times. 1 burger had everything on it including bun. The other burger had no pickles, no lettuce, no cheese, no tomato, scraped off mustard and was in a bun. Neither had the sandwich sauce on them. Couldn't get through to just eat and the person I spoke to at McDonald's wasn't helpful so I had to go without food while everyone else had something. Will never order from them again absolutely disgusted

Workers - when you tell the customer to park in car park, please use the last 3 numbers of the reg plate and not the first part. Only common sense. Guy was walking all over the car park looking for ST65. Honestly couldn't make it up. Sort it out!

Very well organised, plenty of sanitising stations. We sat in and the food was served very quick. Staff are brilliant and very helpful. Will be back 😁

More often cold than warm, not the best mcds, would rather drive a bit further and go to the one at queensferry. Staff are always friendly and service is usually quick.

Ordered food through just eat and the bag of drinks was missed off, phoned McDonald’s and they blamed the driver for not checking and nothing he could do, didn’t bother checking to see if there was bag knocking around on the side to see if I wanted to collect. We all know that the driver turns up to McDonald’s and is handed the food by a member of staff. It is the responsibility of the staff to check the driver has everything , absolutely rubbish lazy can’t be bothered service. Shocking

Haha my new worst Mcdonalds in scotland award goes to this restaurant . You couldnt make up the failings off my visit here. I thought i had seen it all untill i called through the drive through here with my family while passing for a small order. Ended up a right palaver. Wont ever go back
