Morrisons in Fife

Ordered lasagna today, when it was brought to the table I could clearly see it was not cooked properly. The cheese was pure white and the middle looked raw. I asked the girl "is that been cooked thoroughly?' She barked "YES" then stomped off. When I started eating it, it tasted half cooked. Eventually I was given a refund. Rude staff, poor customer service, won't be back.

Morrisons cafe was exceptionally poor. Almost no choices of food on the display shelves. Actually there were more bottles of desanitiser than there was food and that is no exaggeration. Also the staff running it left a lot to be desired. They struggled to process our small order and when we got to the coffee machine it wouldn't work and we were told to use the other machine in no uncertain terms by the male staff member who was extremely rude. There was no cutlery available so we had to request some. Terrible customer service. One star is too generous. Won't be back.

It was good tables clean safety barrier's in place you can order from your table, food was good, but they cut back on breakfasts portions, staff was very friendly and helpful, good view out onto sea as well

Fish delicious. Staff Very rude not helpful. Don't smile went to fill my coffee but my friend was getting cake and tea and obviously my coffee was getting paid for but this Allen approached myself and tolde I need to pay which I new my friend was going to. HE also said it loudly so other customers heard him acusing me of stealing a coffee. Then Tracy at till acused my friend before she even said coffee and tea disgraceful

Omg what can I say the cheese burger was burnt and the lettuce was wilted it was awful and this is the second time we have been and had breakfast and it was all greasy and burnt with hard fried eggs never again

Cafe really struggling, long queues, food suddenly off the menu. The curry I got was mostly liquid with a few bits of chicken and the £3 cake and hot drink deal wasn't put through.Usually it's good and can't fault them, even when busy, but not a good day today

disgusting greasy food. The sausages were raw and I had grease dripping onto my jeans. will NEVER be back.

One of the best value for money. Not expensive with a wide selection of popular food, including great lamb shank. Also after 3. P. M. Kids accompanied by adult eat for free. Sometimes it may be not the cleanest place but overall good impression.

Decided to give cafe another go after bad experience when first opened (waited 2hrs for fish and chips and when it came it was cold).I had a scone, sandwich and tea - really nice and I expensive.Partner ordered veggie burger on brioche bun with salad, onion rings and salad - simple to make really - this is what arrived...Veggie burger on a morning roll, no onion rings, and really watery factory made coleslaw. The burger itself was actually quitenice.Verdict hot food a bit mingin so eat here if you want to stick to tea and cakes.

Over cooked chips , dirty tables, coffee machine not working properly tried 3 times to get a black coffee all I got was milky coffee , had hot chocolate instead. Also had to struggle with baby in my arms and a tray , no staff member offered to help.... it,s such a shame because the cafe is usually good and has helpful staff , maybe it was an off day
