Nathaniel’s Restaurant in Fife

Set menu with fresh ingredients. Unfortunately the menu was taken away so we weren't always sure what we were eating; when we asked one of the waitresses what one ingredient was, she wasn't sure which is unusual for a Michelin restaurant. Great views and delicious cocktails.

A true gem - located right on the shore with amazing views and outdoor space it is probably one of the best restaurants in Scotland. Ambience is very relaxing; genuine top quality cooking, great wine selection as well.

We had a great wedding breakfast with our Scottish-based family. They seated us with a panoramic harbour view and we had a fabulous time.

Excellent food and very helpful staff in an amazing location.

Definitely not a tasting menu as there was no choice given for dinner except from halibut or beef. There was no vegetables or carbs with the main dishes. Very disappointing and would not be returning. The staff where also slow and not helpful when we asked about the menu. Very poor.I have had many tasting menus at TOP restaurants, Tom kitchin, Martin wishart, 21212,Andrew fairlies. Yours however is not a tasting menu. False advertisement here.

Had a very disappointing experience at dinner last night. Food was quite tired and lacked flavour. The service was very poor. We were sitting round in an annexe sort of area. There were two other couples when we arrived, but when they left we were fairly forgotten about by the staff. I sat with an empty wine glass for three courses and the wait staff delivered the food to us so quickly and without checking how anything was that there was no time to ask for more. I was really taken aback by the poor service especially considering the price we were paying. We ended up needing to go and ask for the bill because the staff didn't really come near us. I felt incredibly disappointed to separate with so much money considering the experience we had. Save your money and head to The Cellar in Anstruther instead.

Fine food. Excellent lunchtime service at sensible price. Book online. Combine with a walk along the Fife Coastal Path and around the harbour for a day trip.

I can't tell you how much I loved this place. Unbelievable food with amazing wine pairings with none of the pomp and ceremony that can come with this level of experience. We have already booked to bring our extended family. Congratulations to Craig and your team. Love 💖 love this place. Hidden treasure

A first class meal with first class staff. The food and wine paring menu was wonderful and every dish was delicious. A cosy restaurant setting with an enjoyable ambience.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch, food was delicious, service was great and ambience of the restaurant was lovely. Will definitely be back again
