The best views of the area. Nice place to celebrate special occasions, and it is not overpriced. Tasty food. You can have lunch followed by the afternoon tea. If you're not too hungry you can have high tea, but if you want a proper supper wait for dinner. Do not forget to have a delicious dessert all with the best view over the Lundin Links golf course.

Food was great in the morning, however room was dated and could do with a few upgrades, luckily we had a nice view of the sea to wake upto as well!

Fantastic staff who are very attentive without being obtrusive. The food is always excellent eveytime we have eaten there. I would definitely recommend it for a lovely meal in a lovely setting.

Hotel in perfect location looking over the sea But service could have been better only one member of staff covering breakfasts herself When we asked for a table at the window we were refused as she was only there herself and didn’t have tie to clear the table Room was spotless but bed too small bedding didn’t even reach both sides of bed properly which led to a poor nights sleep Slightly disappointed

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and all staff so friendly and welcoming. Food was brilliant. We had dinner and breakfast for 2 days. It was also, a special birthday of mine and the chef made a lovely happy birthday plate with chocolates which was a lovely surprise to. Our room had a great view of golf course and The Forth. However, no glasses or water provided, a bath mat would have been good but wasn't provided also, for a 4* hotel the tiles in bathroom should have been touched up as with the bedroom carpet needs updating. The rest of hotel was nice but looking a bit tired for a 4* establishment. Unless some improvements were made to bring hotel up to a 4* standard not sure if we would return or recommend.

An interesting place. Location is very good for the Fife coast. Lots of golf courses all around including one between the hotel and the beach. Which is very easy to get to from the hotel. 20 minutes to St Andrews and close to other old fishing villages. Great views from our room across the Firth of Forth with a lot going on. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast and we had dinner on Sunday evening which was very good. I would have liked a little bit of a bigger choice for breakfast, maybe kippers? But what there was was very nicely cooked and presented. Staff were excellent overall, reception and restaurant in particular. Room was very pleasant, big enough with a large bathroom. Mention should be made of the water supply. Hot water instantly and lots of it. Bath filled very quickly for my wife and shower was great. With the parking and drive outside the hotel not paved, it was impossible not to drag some mud and dirt in to the room. It would have been nice if the room had been hoovered every day. But other than that tiny niggle, a very nice property and if you want to be in the area, this is a very good hotel.

We had high tea, and it was very good indeed. Fish and chips accompanied by coffee and toast, followed by scones with cream and jam, and a plate of cakes. Absolutely delicious!Lovely views from the restaurant across the Firth of Forth; pleasant atmosphere, and very friendly and attentive service. As my granny used to say: "my, that was a proper treat"!
